Cette courge a la particularit\u00e9 de faire des lamelles une fois cuite, qui ressemblent \u00e0 des <b>p\u00e2tes<\/b>. C&#8217;est donc une super alternative plus saine aux p\u00e2tes classique. Ici, je vous propose une <b>recette de courge spaghetti aux \u00e9pinards vegan et sans gluten.<\/b> Lors de ma premi\u00e8re d\u00e9couverte de<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&nbsp;la <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">courge spaghetti<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">,&nbsp; je mangeais encore de la viande et j&#8217;avais fait une version &#8220;fa\u00e7on carbonara&#8221; avec des lardons et de la cr\u00e8me liquide (je mangeais aussi des produits laitiers \u00e0 moment l\u00e0, je n&#8217;avais pas encore de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, et ne m&#8217;\u00e9tais pas document\u00e9 sur le sujet !).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Il n&#8217;y a pas forc\u00e9ment tr\u00e8s souvent de courges spaghettis dans les magasins ou sur les march\u00e9s alors si la recette vous tente, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas trop longtemps avant de la prendre.&nbsp; J&#8217;avais des \u00e9pinards dans le frigo donc au lieu de la version &#8220;<b>fa\u00e7on carbo<\/b>&#8220;, il s&#8217;agit ici d&#8217;une version un peu <b>plus healthy<\/b> avec des l\u00e9gumes verts en plus, des <b>\u00e9pinards <\/b>donc, et une sauce \u00e0 la noix de <b>cajou<\/b>, et du tofu fum\u00e9 pour remplacer les lardons ! Vous m&#8217;en direz des nouvelles !&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Pour ce plat de &#8220;p\u00e2tes&#8221; \u00e0 la courge spaghetti vous aurez besoin :<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 courge spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>100 g d&#8217;\u00e9pinards crus<\/li>\n<li>1 bloc de tofu fum\u00e9, soit 100 g<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de levure malt\u00e9e ou de levure nutritionnelle<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Commencer par cuire la<b> <\/b>courge spaghetti dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante, dans une grosse marmite. Cela prend environ 30 minutes. Plus ou moins long bien entendu selon la grosseur de votre courge. V\u00e9rifier avec un couteau, s&#8217;il s&#8217;enfonce dans la chair de la courge spaghetti c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est bon.&nbsp;<br><br><\/div>\n<div>Pendant qu&#8217;elle cuit, couper en lardons le tofu fum\u00e9. Commencez par le couper en tranches, puis en trois dans le sens de la longueur, et encore en trois dans le sens de la largeur, \u00e7a fait des lardons d&#8217;une taille qui me semble parfaite.&nbsp;<br><br>Dans une po\u00eale, mettre les lardons de tofu fum\u00e9 et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari et laisser revenir. Une fois dor\u00e9, retirer le tofu fum\u00e9, et placer les \u00e9pinards dans la po\u00eale chaude. Ils vont rapidement r\u00e9duire. Verser la cr\u00e8me de noix de cajou et les deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de levure nutritionnelle \/ malt\u00e9e, ainsi que le sel et le poivre. Bien remuer, et laisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mijoter. Une fois cuit, vous pouvez incorporer le tofu fum\u00e9 dor\u00e9.<br><br><\/div>\n<div>La courge bien cuite, il faut la couper en deux, la vider de ses p\u00e9pins. Et avec une fourchette bien \u00e9grainer, cela va faire des filaments, les &#8220;spaghettis&#8221;, les mettre dans un bol et ajouter la pr\u00e9paration aux \u00e9pinards et au tofu fum\u00e9 avec la sauce \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me de cajou et de levure nutritionnelle et c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !
