Je mange beaucoup moins ce genre de repas l&#8217;hiver je l&#8217;avoue, car j&#8217;aime quand m\u00eame manger chaud. L&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 en revanche je raffole des <b>buddha bowl<\/b>. Mais en <b>p\u00e9riode hivernale<\/b>, c&#8217;est aussi une tr\u00e8s bonne id\u00e9e tout de m\u00eame ! Vous incorporez ainsi une bonne dose de <b>l\u00e9gumes crus <\/b>sur la semaine, et faites le plein de nutriments. C&#8217;est aussi une excellente fa\u00e7on de manger en une seule fois quasiment sa part des 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais recommand\u00e9s par jour ! Je vous conseille \u00e9galement de tester la formule<b> buddha bowl de l&#8217;hiver<\/b> lorsqu&#8217;il vous reste seulement quelques&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/01\/29\/comment-bien-choisir-vos-fruits-et-legumes-4-conseils\/\" target=\"_blank\">l\u00e9gumes<\/a>&nbsp;dans le frigo et que vous ne savez pas trop comment les assembler ! C&#8217;est une solution &#8220;anti gaspi&#8221; !&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce buddha bowl de l&#8217;hiver il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>35 g de riz basmati cuit<\/li>\n<li>20 g de pois chiche cuits<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 beaux champignons de Paris<\/li>\n<li>1 belle tranche de chou rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 avocat m\u00fbr<\/li>\n<li>1 carotte r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9parer rien de plus simple, il suffit de couper le chou rouge, r\u00e2per la carotte, couper l&#8217;avocat et \u00e9mincer les champignons de Paris. Faire cuire un \u0153uf de la fa\u00e7on souhait\u00e9e (mollet ou sur le plat par exemple), ainsi que le riz basmati. Puis ensuite, vous pouvez simplement tout mettre dans votre bol et voil\u00e0 le r\u00e9sultat. J&#8217;ai choisi ici de faire une sauce un peu diff\u00e9rente de d&#8217;habitude, dont voici la recette :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 citron jaune press\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de Tahini (pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same)<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de levure malt\u00e9e (vous trouvez la sans gluten en magasin bio)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de lin&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de colza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>J&#8217;ai ici fait le choix de ces deux huiles car leur ratio om\u00e9ga 3 et om\u00e9ga 6 est int\u00e9ressant. L&#8217;huile de lin ayant un go\u00fbt assez fort qui ne me pla\u00eet pas l&#8217;id\u00e9e est de la rendre imperceptible dans la sauce, ce qui est le cas ici. Elle a encore pas mal go\u00fbt de citron donc si vous n&#8217;aimez pas \u00e7a, cette sauce salade ne sera pas du tout pour vous.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, est-ce que vous aimez aussi ce genre de buddha bowl l&#8217;hiver ?
