Avant que je me mette au sans gluten pour raisons de sant\u00e9, j&#8217;en faisais tous les ans, pour les copains, pour la famille. Je pouvais m\u00eame en faire juste pour moi ! C&#8217;est pour dire si j&#8217;aimais \u00e7a ! Heureusement que <b>l\u2019\u00c9piphanie <\/b>ce n&#8217;est qu&#8217;une fois l&#8217;an car on ne peut pas dire que ce genre de dessert est di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, loin de l\u00e0 ! J&#8217;ai pour cette fois simplement achet\u00e9 des p\u00e2tes feuillet\u00e9es sans gluten (et sans produits laitiers) dans mon magasin bio, et j&#8217;ai ensuite r\u00e9alis\u00e9e une version de la <b>galette \u00e0 la frangipane au pralin\u00e9<\/b> avec ma p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner maison ! Je trouve cette version vraiment ultra gourmande !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour la r\u00e9aliser il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 p\u00e2tes feuillet\u00e9es sans gluten et sans produits laitiers (je les trouve en magasin bio)<\/li>\n<li>140 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li>\n<li>100 g de margarine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre de coco<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/21\/pate-a-tartiner-facon-praline-sans-lait\/\" target=\"_blank\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner fa\u00e7on pralin\u00e9<\/a>&nbsp;(ou de pralin\u00e9 classique)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf + 1 autre pour la dorure (optionnel)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de rhum<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Dans un saladier, verser la poudre d&#8217;amande, la margarine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale molle, ainsi que le sucre de coco. Bien m\u00e9langer et bien fouetter (au batteur \u00e9lectrique par exemple). Une fois que le m\u00e9lange est bien homog\u00e8ne, ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, puis le rhum, et la vanille liquide. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de vanille liquide, les grains d&#8217;une gousse seront \u00e9galement parfaits ! Terminer par ajouter les 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pralin\u00e9. J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 pour ma part&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/21\/pate-a-tartiner-facon-praline-sans-lait\/\" target=\"_blank\">ma recette de p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner fa\u00e7on pralin\u00e9<\/a>. Mais vous pouvez tout \u00e0 fait utiliser un pralin\u00e9 classique.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>D\u00e9rouler la premi\u00e8re p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, ajouter bien au centre toute la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de poudre d&#8217;amande. Puis \u00e9taler en cercle concentrique en laissant 10 bons centim\u00e8tres libre sur tout le pourtour de la galette. Placer au dessus la deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sans gluten, et coller les bords des deux galettes avec les doigts. S\u00e9parer le jaune du blanc du deuxi\u00e8me \u0153uf. Puis, souder les bords de la galette avec le jaune. Et \u00e9taler au pincer le jaune sur le dessus de la galette pour la rendre bien dor\u00e9e. Il est aussi possible de faire des petits dessins au couteau sur le dessus de la galette si vous avez envie d&#8217;une jolie pr\u00e9sentation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Placer votre future galette au four pendant 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Au bout de 20 minutes vous pouvez lui mettre du papier alu par dessus pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elle ne dore trop ! Et voil\u00e0 votre galette frangipane au pralin\u00e9 et sans gluten est pr\u00eate !
