J&#8217;adore les <b>muffins <\/b>! Je trouve que cette version &#8220;solo&#8221; du gros cake est parfaite ! On peut l&#8217;emporter facilement, le manger partout, pas besoin de couteau ! Bref, j&#8217;adore les muffins ! L&#8217;histoire de cette <strong>recette de muffins matcha banane sans gluten<\/strong> est assez commune ! J&#8217;avais deux <b>bananes <\/b>qui \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s m\u00fbres, et une envie de tenter quelque chose avec du <b>matcha<\/b>. J&#8217;adore la couleur verte qu&#8217;il donne, et puis il est plein de <b>bienfaits <\/b>!\u00a0<\/p><p>Ce <b>th\u00e9 vert d&#8217;origine japonaise<\/b> est bien particulier. En fait quelques semaines avant la r\u00e9colte ses feuilles sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es du soleil ! Objectif : rendre les feuilles plus sombres, et ralentir la croissance de la plante. Une fois s\u00e8ches, les feuilles sont moulues et voil\u00e0 notre <b>th\u00e9 matcha bien vert <\/b>! Les th\u00e9s matcha les plus purs grandissent uniquement \u00e0 l&#8217;ombre, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re un autre go\u00fbt encore et un autre prix aussi !<\/p><p>Le <b>go\u00fbt du th\u00e9 matcha <\/b>est sp\u00e9cial, et tout le monde n&#8217;aime pas forc\u00e9ment ! Mais il est souvent classifi\u00e9 parmi <strong>les super aliments<\/strong> ! Notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <strong>l&#8217;antioxydant<\/strong> qu&#8217;il renferme. Il permettrait aussi de <strong>pr\u00e9venir<\/strong> certaines <strong>maladies inflammatoires<\/strong> comme Alzheimer. Bref, le th\u00e9 matcha a plein de <strong>super propri\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/strong>. Et si je le bois rarement tel quel, j&#8217;adore en utiliser dans la cuisine !<\/p><p>Alors ici, j&#8217;ai eu envie d&#8217;adapter une petite recette de muffins avec le <b>matcha et la banane !\u00a0<\/b>Et c&#8217;est vraiment super bon ! Le go\u00fbt du matcha n&#8217;est pas trop prononc\u00e9 et m\u00eame plut\u00f4t subtil. J&#8217;ai aussi choisi de faire une version prot\u00e9in\u00e9e, j&#8217;ai donc ajout\u00e9 des flocons d&#8217;avoine, et des graines de chia, donc on peut manger ces muffins matcha banane au petit d\u00e9jeuner par exemple.<\/p><p>Pour faire 4 gros muffins :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>90 g de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li><li>75 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>40 g de flocons d&#8217;avoine\u00a0<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>2 bananes<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de th\u00e9 matcha en poudre<\/li><li>60 g de pur\u00e9e de pommes<\/li><li>30 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat\u00a0<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia<\/li><li>1\/2 sachet de levure chimique sans gluten<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans un saladier commencer par r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e les deux bananes sans la peau. Je le fait \u00e0 la fourchette, pas besoin d&#8217;utiliser un mixer pour cela. Puis verser la farine, les flocons d&#8217;avoine (prenez des sans gluten si vous \u00eates c\u0153liaque), la poudre d&#8217;amande et le th\u00e9 matcha et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le demi sachet de levure chimique sans gluten. Touiller \u00e0 nouveau puis ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, la pur\u00e9e de pommes, les p\u00e9pites de chocolat et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia. Laisser tel quel pendant 5 minutes le temps que les graines de chia gonflent un peu puis transf\u00e9rer dans un moule \u00e0 muffins. Puis passer au four pendant 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Laisser refroidir et d\u00e9gustez vos muffins matcha banane sans gluten !\u00a0<\/p><p>Et vous vous connaissez le matcha ?
