Je trouve que ce sont des repas parfaits ! Faciles \u00e0 faire, assez rapides, et on peut les faire \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, en meal prep le dimanche pour n&#8217;avoir plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer ensuite !&nbsp;Je suis compl\u00e8tement fan, et j&#8217;en fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.&nbsp; Celui-ci est un <b>curry \u00e0 base de chou fleur, de courge, et d&#8217;\u00e9pinards<\/b>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour le r\u00e9aliser il faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un petit chou fleur&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Environ 400 g de courge<\/li>\n<li>4 belles poign\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9pinards<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de 400 ml de lait de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Paprika&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par d\u00e9tailler le <b>chou fleur <\/b>en petits bouts, le rincer et le placer dans un plat qui va au four. Saupoudrer les morceaux de chou fleur de paprika, de sel, poivre et d&#8217;un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Bien malaxer avec les doigts pour que toutes les fleurettes du chou soient garnies d&#8217;\u00e9pices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Placer au four environ 20 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0C. Pendant qu&#8217;il cuit, d\u00e9tailler en petit cubes la <b>courge<\/b>. Le chou fleur est pr\u00eat lorsqu&#8217;il est dor\u00e9. Le sortir du four, et ajouter dans le plat les d\u00e8s de courge, les bo\u00eetes de tomates et de lait de coco, et les \u00e9pinards. Y ajouter sel, et poivre et bien m\u00e9langer. Les \u00e9pinards doivent \u00eatre dans la sauce pour \u00e9viter de br\u00fbler.&nbsp;<br>Il s&#8217;agit alors de replacer l&#8217;ensemble du plat au four \u00e0 nouveau pour une vingtaine de minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la courge soit fondante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Vous pouvez servir ce<\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\"> curry de chou fleur et courge<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> avec du riz basmati comme je l&#8217;ai fait, et ajouter une prot\u00e9ine. Il est aussi possible d&#8217;agr\u00e9menter ce plat de pois chiches. Je trouve qu&#8217;ils se marient tr\u00e8s bien avec les currys !
