Puis, ajouter les 15 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, et touiller.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange va alors former une sorte de p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes un peu plus dense, qui ressemble \u00e0 la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancakes d&#8217;ailleurs.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Vu qu&#8217;il y a du sarrasin, elle sera assez color\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Saler, et poivrer, et attendre une petite dizaine de minutes. La levure chimique <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">sans gluten<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> va<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> faire son effet et la p\u00e2te va faire des petites bulles en surface ! C&#8217;est parfait !&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen, et mettre un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive au fond. Lorsque les bords de chaque blini sont cuits, il suffit de retourner le blini et faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cuire l&#8217;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y ait plus de p\u00e2te. Il suffit ensuite de garnir vos <b>blinis <\/b>de ce que vous souhaitez.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b80df13 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b80df13\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-4d53010\" data-id=\"4d53010\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a39798a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a39798a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>J&#8217;ai accompagn\u00e9 ces <b>blinis <\/b>de saumon fum\u00e9, et d&#8217;une petite sauce \u00e0 base de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, de citron et d&#8217;aneth.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour la r\u00e9aliser c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s simple :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u00a04 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal non sucr\u00e9 (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 du coco, pour tester et \u00e7a fonctionne, mais le yaourt de soja sera pas mal aussi !)\u00a0<\/li><li>1 demi citron\u00a0<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;aneth (ici de l&#8217;aneth surgel\u00e9)<\/li><\/ul><div>Mettre l&#8217;ensemble dans un petit bol, bien m\u00e9langer et voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est pr\u00eat.
