Pour tout dire, je n&#8217;ach\u00e8te jamais les versions espagnoles, je leur trouve beaucoup moins de go\u00fbt et je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re acheter fran\u00e7ais quand c&#8217;est possible. Alors en pleine saison de la <b>cl\u00e9mentine<\/b>, je me suis dit que c&#8217;\u00e9tait l&#8217;id\u00e9al pour faire une petite recette. Et j&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;id\u00e9e de ce <b>crumble poires et cl\u00e9mentines<\/b>, bien s\u00fbr toujours <b>sans gluten<\/b> ni produits laitiers. Une recette super facile \u00e0 faire, et rapide. Vous allez voir : elle est pr\u00eate \u00e0 mettre au four en m\u00eame pas un quart d&#8217;heure class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Cette recette est vraiment ultra simple !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser trois petites verrines de crumble poires et cl\u00e9mentines sans gluten comme sur la photo :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 poires<\/li>\n<li>2 cl\u00e9mentines<\/li>\n<li>20 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>20 g de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li>\n<li>30 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li>\n<li>20 g de sucre de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>30 g de margarine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de cannelle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un bol, placer toutes les farines, la poudre d&#8217;amandes, le sucre de coco et la cannelle. Puis, ajouter les 30 g de margarine \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Elle doit \u00eatre bien molle, mais pas fondue. Bien m\u00e9langer ensuite avec une cuill\u00e8re jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 former comme des petits grains de sables, comme sur la photo. \u00c7a sera la p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble \u00e0 ajouter en haut des verrines, ou du plat \u00e0 crumble de votre choix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Peler les cl\u00e9mentines, et couper chaque quartier en trois morceaux. Les mettre au fond du plat ou de la verrine.&nbsp;<br>Pour les poires, elles sont \u00e0 peler et \u00e9p\u00e9piner, et \u00e0 couper en petits d\u00e8s. Il suffit ensuite de les ajouter au dessus des petits morceaux de cl\u00e9mentines. Et terminer par une bonne dose de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble sans gluten.&nbsp;<br>Puis passer au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 15 minutes.&nbsp;<br>L&#8217;option gourmande : c&#8217;est de rajouter quelques p\u00e9pites de chocolat entre les cl\u00e9mentines et les poires !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la sortie du four, attendre un peu que le crumble poires et mandarines<b> <\/b>ne soit plus br\u00fblant, et d\u00e9gustez.
