En r\u00e9aliser un, c&#8217;est s&#8217;assurer que sa maison va embaumer avec des senteurs<b>\u00a0<\/b>et se d\u00e9lecter de ce <b>pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices sans gluten<\/b> avec du foie gras ou du faux gras \u00e0 <b>No\u00ebl <\/b>ou au <b>Premier de l&#8217;An<\/b>. Bref, profiter pleinement des f\u00eates avant de repartir sur des bases tr\u00e8s saines d\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode pass\u00e9e !\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ce <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices sans gluten <\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">contient pas mal d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">J&#8217;ai essay\u00e9 de faire une version peu sucr\u00e9e, mais mes tentatives ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 vaines, donc clairement il n&#8217;est pas du tout &#8220;healthy&#8221; de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 l\u00e0. Ici, j&#8217;ai choisi d&#8217;utiliser du miel d&#8217;acacia car c&#8217;est le seul miel dont\u00a0l&#8217;indice\u00a0glyc\u00e9mique\u00a0est bas, et du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable pour son go\u00fbt bien particulier.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Pour ce pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices il faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li>\n<li>100 g de farine de ch\u00e2taigne<\/li>\n<li>40 g de farine de sarrasin&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>50 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li>\n<li>150 g de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li>100 g de miel d&#8217;acacia<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre de coco<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>50 g de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>un sachet de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange pour pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>1 demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vinaigre de cidre ou de jus de citron&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>25 g de raisins secs<\/li>\n<li>25 g de cranberrys s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>30 g de noix de p\u00e9can&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par mettre ensemble tous les ingr\u00e9dients secs : farine, sucre de coco, poudre d&#8217;amande, mais aussi la poudre \u00e0 lever, et les \u00e9pices. Puis, ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal,&nbsp; et la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes. Bien m\u00e9langer, et ajouter le miel et le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable progressivement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Normalement \u00e0 ce stade vous obtiendrez une sorte de p\u00e2te, comme une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teaux. C&#8217;est maintenant qu&#8217;il faut ajouter la demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire avec par dessus du jus de citron ou du vinaigre de cidre pour l&#8217;activer. Lorsque l&#8217;on verse sur le bicarbonate, celui ci fait des petites bulles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau et ajouter les noix de p\u00e9can et les fruits secs. C&#8217;est optionnel mais je trouve que c&#8217;est meilleur avec ! Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule et laisser cuire 1 h 10 au four \u00e0 150\u00b0C. Bien attendre qu&#8217;il soit froid pour le d\u00e9mouler.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aime bien manger ce pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices sans gluten apr\u00e8s un ou deux jours. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je trouve que les saveurs, notamment des fruits secs se d\u00e9veloppent mieux apr\u00e8s une ou deux journ\u00e9es.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bien que sans gluten, ce pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices est super moelleux, et se tient tr\u00e8s bien, donc vous pouvez faire des tartines sans probl\u00e8me !
