Je lui ai demand\u00e9 de m&#8217;envoyer ce qu&#8217;elle mettait dans ses <b>truffes au chocolat<\/b> mais la liste d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9tait un peu longue, donc je l&#8217;ai vraiment raccourci !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il m&#8217;a d&#8217;ailleurs fallu plusieurs essais en terme d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients et textures avant de tomber sur celle que j&#8217;aimais vraiment en go\u00fbt. <span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">D\u00e9sormais il n&#8217;y a plus que quatre ingr\u00e9dients, dont un en option dans ces <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">truffes au chocolat sans produits laitiers<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Il n&#8217;y a ni beurre ni lait. Deux produits contenus dans la recette originale de ma maman. Il n&#8217;y a pas non plus de sucre raffin\u00e9 ! J&#8217;irai pas jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 dire que c&#8217;est healthy, mais disons que pour des <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">truffes au chocolat vegan&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">c&#8217;est pas le pire ! Et sans doute bien meilleur que la composition de celles du commerce.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour les faire il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 g de chocolat noir (j&#8217;ai pris du 70%)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>100 g de margarine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>50 g de dattes moelleuses<\/li>\n<li>du cacao en poudre 100% en option (pour l&#8217;enrobage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Et pour les r\u00e9aliser une nouvelle fois c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s simple comme recette ! Prendre les 50 g de dattes (ou un peu plus si vous aimez sucr\u00e9) et les faire tremper une dizaine de minutes pour qu&#8217;elles soient bien moelleuses. Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0 faire fondre le<b> <\/b>chocolat noir au bain marie, avec la margarine.&nbsp;<br>Mixer les dattes dans un robot, pour que \u00e7a soit comme une p\u00e2te de dattes. Il est donc tout \u00e0 fait possible d&#8217;ajouter une petite cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;eau. Il faut que \u00e7a devienne bien lisse.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>Ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de dattes, le m\u00e9lange chocolat et margarine et bien m\u00e9langer le tout. Le tout doit \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne. \u00c0 cette \u00e9tape il faut d\u00e9sormais attendre que le m\u00e9lange fige. On peut le placer au frigo pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><br>Une fois que le m\u00e9lange a bien durci, il n&#8217;y a plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 prendre une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et d\u00e9tacher des portions de chocolat et les rouler dans les mains pour fa\u00e7onner une petite boule. Lorsqu&#8217;elles sont toutes faites, il suffit de mettre de la poudre de cacao dans une assiette et rouler les petites boules de truffes dans le cacao. Et voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est fini !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ces petites truffes au chocolat sans produits laitiers sont vraiment moelleuses en bouche, hyper chocolat\u00e9es, mais tu peux prendre un chocolat moins fort que le 70% si tu n&#8217;aimes pas \u00e7a. Il est aussi possible de choisir un autre enrobage que le cacao, la noix de coco en poudre par exemple.&nbsp;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
