Personnellement je les adore ! Et encore plus lorsque c&#8217;est une recette qui inclue du <b>butternut et des carottes<\/b> ! Je suis vraiment une inconditionnelle des currys. J&#8217;en fais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, pour la bonne raison qu&#8217;ils sont super simples \u00e0 faire, plein de l\u00e9gumes et de saveurs. Et en plus, les currys sont aussi des plats \u00e9conomiques !\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Cette fois-ci c&#8217;est un <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 15px;\">curry<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> aux l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;automne et d&#8217;hiver, avec de la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 15px;\">courge butternut<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> et de la <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 15px;\">carotte<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">. Le tout agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de pois chiches pour les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Puis faire revenir l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail coup\u00e9s finement, en y ajoutant les \u00e9pices : curry et curcuma en poudre.<br>Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0 peler les carottes et les couper en rondelles assez fines. Couper \u00e9galement la demie butternut.&nbsp;<br>Une fois que l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail sont revenus, ajouter la butternut, les carottes, ainsi que les bo\u00eetes de lait de coco et de tomates concass\u00e9es. Saler, et poivrer l&#8217;ensemble, couvrir, et laisser revenir \u00e0 feu moyen pendant environ 15 minutes.&nbsp;<br>Au bout de ce quart d&#8217;heure, ajouter les pois chiches cuits et les \u00e9pinards frais (rinc\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s), puis poursuivre la cuisson encore une bonne dizaine de minutes, toujours \u00e0 couvert.&nbsp;<br>Dans une casserole, faire cuire votre accompagnement pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour ce curry. La plupart des gens utilisent du riz, mais j&#8217;aime aussi prendre du quinoa parfois.<\/div>\n<p>La cuisson est termin\u00e9e quand la courge butternut et les carottes sont molles. C&#8217;est \u00e0 dire quand le couteau peut les traverser sans probl\u00e8me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 un joli curry ultra facile, et sain.
