class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Ces <b>verrines vegan <\/b>sont parfaites pour la saison hivernale, hyper r\u00e9confortantes. Elles sont \u00e0 base de courge <b>butternut<\/b>, de <b>ch\u00e2taigne <\/b>et de patates douces. Elles sont <b>vegan,<\/b>&nbsp;c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire sans \u0153ufs et sans viande, et ne contiennent que peu d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Les ch\u00e2taignes sont l&#8217;un des aliments alcalinisants pour notre \u00e9quilibre acido-basique. Elles contiennent aussi du mangan\u00e8se et du cuivre. J&#8217;adore la <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">ch\u00e2taigne <\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">et l&#8217;utilise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en automne et en hiver, notamment dans mes&nbsp;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/03\/11\/veloute-de-topinambours-panais-et-pomme-de-terre\/\" target=\"_blank\">soupes&nbsp;<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">pour remplacer les cro\u00fbtons. Je te conseille de tester, c&#8217;est vraiment super bon ! Si vous aimez la ch\u00e2taigne bien s\u00fbr !<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Il est possible de r\u00e9aliser cette recette \u00e0 base de butternut et de ch\u00e2taigne en version verrine<b> <\/b>pour servir \u00e0 No\u00ebl ou lors d&#8217;un repas \u00e0 des invit\u00e9s, ou bien dans un grand plat pour une version plus familiale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette recette \u00e0 la butternut et aux ch\u00e2taignes, il faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 de butternut<\/li>\n<li>1 petite patate douce<\/li>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de ch\u00e2taigne (mais vous n&#8217;en utiliserez que quelque unes dans le cas de verrines)<\/li>\n<li>1 bloc de tofu fum\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me soja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par couper en gros cube un quart de butternut et la petite patate douce, et les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les cubes soient cuits. Si la pointe du couteau s&#8217;enfonce c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est bon.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0 dans une petite po\u00eale faire chauffer le tofu fum\u00e9 coup\u00e9 en petit d\u00e8s fa\u00e7on &#8220;lardons&#8221;, et y ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que la butternut et patate douces sont cuites, transvaser le tout dans un bol (sans l&#8217;eau de cuisson), et mixer. Ajouter les deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me soja, avec la gousse d&#8217;ail, le sel, et le poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant que tout est cuit, il est temps de passer au dressage, toujours tr\u00e8s simple.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre au fond des verrines ou du plat \u00e0 gratin, les d\u00e8s de tofu fum\u00e9 revenus dans la sauce tamari. Ajouter par dessus les ch\u00e2taignes, puis la pur\u00e9e de butternut et patate douce encore dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Placer au four quelques minutes au moment de servir histoire de r\u00e9chauffer le tout. Vous pouvez aussi y saupoudrer du <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/12\/10\/parmesan-vegan-sans-produits-laitiers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">parmesan v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/a> ou tout autre fromage vegan pour faire comme un gratin. J&#8217;ai personnellement utilis\u00e9 les verrines telles qu&#8217;elles, sans aucun ajout dessus et c&#8217;\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bon.
