Il permet de remplacer le fromage sur les p\u00e2tes bien s\u00fbr, mais aussi dans vos gratins, ou encore vos risottos. Il est fait \u00e0 base de noix de cajou.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est un must-have de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/12\/12\/comment-remplacer-les-produits-laitiers-5-alternatives\/\" target=\"_blank\">cuisine sans produits laitiers<\/a>. J&#8217;en ai toujours un bocal que je garde avec les ol\u00e9agineux dans le placard. Le gros plus de cette recette c&#8217;est que vous pouvez faire un sacr\u00e9 stock ! Ce ne sont que des produits secs, donc rien ne se p\u00e9rime ! Et il n&#8217;y a pas non plus besoin de garder le bocal de parmesan v\u00e9g\u00e9tal&nbsp;au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;autre r\u00e9v\u00e9lation c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est aussi une recette super facile \u00e0 faire, et avec seulement 3 ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un bocal de parmesan v\u00e9g\u00e9tal&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de noix de cajou<\/li>\n<li>10 g de levure di\u00e9t\u00e9tique&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 g de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et c&#8217;est tout !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Attention tout de m\u00eame au niveau de la levure di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, de nombreuses marques contiennent du gluten (\u00e0 base d&#8217;orge). Soyez vigilants sur la composition si vous ne voulez absolument AUCUN gluten. Pour ma part je ne trouve de la levure di\u00e9t\u00e9tique sans gluten qu&#8217;en magasin bio. Pour les autres, tr\u00e8s facile, on trouve m\u00eame de la levure malt\u00e9e en vrac.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire votre parmesan sans produits laitiers, il faut simplement placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans votre mixeur et m\u00e9langer. Et voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est tout !<\/p>\n<p>Verser ensuite le m\u00e9lange de parmesan v\u00e9g\u00e9tal obtenu dans un bocal en verre qui ferme bien comme celui de la photo. Et c&#8217;est fini ! Je t&#8217;ai dit que c&#8217;\u00e9tait simple.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant \u00e0 toi de jouer ! Je suis s\u00fbre qu&#8217;une fois que tu auras test\u00e9 ce parmesan v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, tu ne pourras plus t&#8217;en passer tellement c&#8217;est ultra simple \u00e0 faire.&nbsp;<\/p><p>C&#8217;est vraiment un essentiel dans une cuisine sans produits laitiers !
