L&#8217;id\u00e9e a germ\u00e9 dans mon esprit en allant acheter mes fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Je ne suis pas une tr\u00e8s grande consommatrice de fruits, ou plut\u00f4t n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas avant de changer de r\u00e9gime alimentaire, et passer au <b>sans gluten<\/b>, <b>sans produits laitiers<\/b>. J&#8217;avoue consommer beaucoup plus de fruits depuis. Et en hiver, pommes et poires sont forc\u00e9ment de la partie. Quoi de mieux pour aller avec qu&#8217;un peu de <b>cannelle <\/b>? Une \u00e9pice parfaite en automne et en hiver puisqu&#8217;elle a des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-oxydantes et anti-bact\u00e9riennes notamment. Il est tr\u00e8s facile de se fournir de ces farines pour remplacer le bl\u00e9. Elles sont aussi tout \u00e0 fait classiques pour l&#8217;alimentation sans gluten. Elle est aussi saine car il n&#8217;y a pas de sucre ajout\u00e9 en plus de celui contenu dans les poires (et dans le chocolat si vous en ajoutez). De ce fait, la recette est naturellement tr\u00e8s peu sucr\u00e9e. Si vous souhaitez une recette avec davantage de sucre, je vous sugg\u00e8re ma recette de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/05\/muffins-banane-aux-pepites-de-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">muffins banane aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour environ 4 gros muffins poire cannelle :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>75 g de poudre d&#8217;amande<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li>\n<li>25 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>15 g de f\u00e9cule de tapioca<\/li>\n<li>2 petites poires ou une grosse poire au choix<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<\/li>\n<li>120 g de pur\u00e9e de pommes-poires<\/li>\n<li>30 g de yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (coco ici)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>vinaigre de cidre ou jus de citron pour l&#8217;activer<\/li>\n<li>20 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat pour plus de gourmandise (optionnel)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Commencer par couper les poires en petits d\u00e9s. Les mettre dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen pour les faire dorer. Saupoudrer de cannelle et attendre qu&#8217;elles cuisent un peu.&nbsp;<br>Pendant ce temps-l\u00e0, dans un saladier, verser la farine de riz, la farine de sarrasin, la f\u00e9cule et la poudre d&#8217;amande. Ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, la pur\u00e9e de pommes-poires, et le yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et malaxer \u00e0 nouveau.&nbsp;<br>Cela ressemblera \u00e0 une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau en un peu plus dense. Ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia, le bicarbonate alimentaire en versant dessus le jus de citron ou de vinaigre de cidre, et attendre 5 minutes que les graines gonflent.&nbsp;<br>Verser les petits d\u00e8s de poires dor\u00e9es \u00e0 la cannelle de Ceylan dans le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 muffins. Et les p\u00e9pites de chocolat si vous avez envie.&nbsp;<br>Verser ce joli m\u00e9lange dans les moules \u00e0 muffins, et placer au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 16 minutes.
