Comme tous les smoothies en fait !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il vous suffit de vous munir d&#8217;un blender et de :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une demie banane<\/li>\n<li>Une poign\u00e9e de mangue<\/li>\n<li>Une poign\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pinards<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de grenades : les p\u00e9pins rouges \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur<\/li>\n<li>15 cl de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de votre choix : j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 de l&#8217;amande<\/li>\n<li>Une datte en option&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Dans le blender commencer par mettre la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale puis ajouter ensuite tous les fruits cit\u00e9s ci-dessus. Mettre le couvercle et blender \u00e0 puissance maxi. Au bout de quelques secondes, tu devrais obtenir un joli jus vert, plein de nutriments. Un bon smoothie vert \u00e0 la grenade et aux \u00e9pinards !&nbsp;<br><br><\/div>\n<p>Pourquoi j&#8217;ai choisi la grenade, l&#8217;\u00e9pinard et la banane dans ce smoothie?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>La grenade est une super bonne id\u00e9e car c&#8217;est un anti-inflammatoire puissant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-oxydantes. Elles sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles du th\u00e9 vert. La grenade est aussi connue pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antibact\u00e9riennes et antifongiques.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>L&#8217;\u00e9pinard est aussi parfait dans les smoothies, pour ajouter un l\u00e9gume vert d\u00e8s le matin, et profiter de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. L&#8217;\u00e9pinard est, comme la grenade, lui aussi riche en anti-oxydants, mais aussi en vitamines, en min\u00e9raux, et bien-s\u00fbr en fer. Et la bonne nouvelle pour les plus r\u00e9ticents \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9pinard dans les smoothies, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;on ne le sent pas du tout !&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>La banane est un grand classique des smoothies, elle est parfaite pour donner une texture onctueuse. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral j&#8217;utilise toujours des demies bananes que je cong\u00e8le expr\u00e8s pour les utiliser ensuite en smoothie. C&#8217;est ce qui donne une belle texture.
