Histoire d&#8217;avoir toujours &#8220;sous la main&#8221; un bon petit d\u00e9jeuner. Ces <b>mini banana bread sans gluten<\/b> aux p\u00e9pites de chocolat peuvent \u00e9videmment \u00eatre aussi utilis\u00e9s en dessert ou en go\u00fbter.<br \/>En plus, leur indice glyc\u00e9mique reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;apport de la poudre d&#8217;amande (IG 20). Ils sont aussi prot\u00e9in\u00e9s, avec des om\u00e9ga 3 gr\u00e2ce les graines de chia.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour environ 8 mini banana bread sans gluten :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>75 g de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li><li>75 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>20 g de f\u00e9cule de tapioca<\/li><li>50 g de pur\u00e9e de pommes\u00a0<\/li><li>2 bananes<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de chia<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>\u00a040 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat : j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 du chocolat \u00e0 70% coup\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement afin de r\u00e9duire l&#8217;IG.\u00a0<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate\u00a0<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de vinaigre de cidre ou de jus de citron\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Dans un bol, commencer par \u00e9craser les deux bananes bien m\u00fbres \u00e0 la fourchette. Mettre ensuite la farine de riz et la poudre d&#8217;amande, puis l\u2019\u0153uf et la pur\u00e9e de pommes. C&#8217;est \u00e0 dire une compote de pommes sans sucre ajout\u00e9es. Je te conseille de l&#8217;acheter en grand pot en verre et bio, la pomme \u00e9tant un des fruits avec le plus de pesticides. <br \/><br \/>Bien m\u00e9langer le tout et ajouter la f\u00e9cule de tapioca, ainsi que la cuill\u00e8re de graines de chia. C&#8217;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu&#8217;il faut ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate et juste par dessus, soit le vinaigre de cidre, soit le jus de citron afin de l&#8217;activer. <br \/>Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau, et ajouter les 40 g de p\u00e9pites de chocolat.\u00a0<br \/>Attendre un peu que les graines de chia gonflent, puis placer dans des petits moules.
