Je crois qu&#8217;on est tous d&#8217;accord l\u00e0-dessus ! Sauf que quand on mange s<b>ans gluten<\/b>, (et en plus sans lait !), c&#8217;est le petit plaisir interdit au resto. Il ne reste plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 la faire soi-m\u00eame ! La recette que je vous propose est une <b>pizza vegan<\/b> de la flemme car je n&#8217;ai m\u00eame pas fait la p\u00e2te. Je l&#8217;ai achet\u00e9 toute faite dans mon magasin bio. Vous y trouverez\u00a0 sans probl\u00e8me des p\u00e2tes sans gluten, qui ne contiennent pas non plus de lait, de beurre ou autre produit laitier.<\/p><p>Et tant que j&#8217;y \u00e9tais, j&#8217;ai aussi pris un &#8220;fromage&#8221; vegan fa\u00e7on mozza. Depuis que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert ce truc, je l&#8217;utilise toujours dans mes pizzas ! Je vous l&#8217;accorde c&#8217;est pas donn\u00e9, mais c&#8217;est pas non plus tous les jours qu&#8217;on se fait une pizza, autant qu&#8217;elle fasse plaisir, non ?!<\/p><p>Pour la r\u00e9aliser, j&#8217;ai pris :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>100 g de pomme de terre<\/li><li>100 g de courge<\/li><li>5 champignons de Paris<\/li><li>Du coulis de tomate<\/li><li>De l&#8217;origan<\/li><li>Du soja hach\u00e9 fa\u00e7on bolognaise<\/li><li>Du &#8220;fromage&#8221; vegan fa\u00e7on mozza.\u00a0<\/li><li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><\/ul><p>J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 par couper en petits d\u00e8s ma courge et mes pommes de terre. Puis je les ai fait pr\u00e9cuire au four pendant 10 minutes environ \u00e0 180\u00b0 C.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans un bol placer le coulis de tomate, ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, et l&#8217;origan. Puis m\u00e9langer et d\u00e9poser le m\u00e9langer sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza.\u00a0<br \/>La faire pr\u00e9cuire 5 minutes environ dans le four \u00e0 220\u00b0 C.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ressortir la pizza vegan, ajouter le soja h\u00e2ch\u00e9 fa\u00e7on bolognaise, les champignons, les pommes de terre, la courge, et des tranches de fausse mozza par-dessus.\u00a0<br \/>Remettre au four pendant une bonne dizaine de minutes \u00e0 nouveau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le &#8220;fromage&#8221; vegan soit bien fondu.
