class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Je vous propose ici une recette de <b>chocolat chaud vegan<\/b>, sans gluten, avec une boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de noisettes. Il est bien s\u00fbr aussi possible de r\u00e9aliser cette recette avec du lait d&#8217;amande ou de coco sans probl\u00e8me. Une recette super <b>onctueuse<\/b>, avec du vrai <b>chocolat <\/b>en carr\u00e9 qu&#8217;on va faire fondre tout doucement avec le lait de noisettes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est un vrai chocolat chaud &#8220;confort food&#8221; comme on dit en anglais. Le genre de trucs \u00e0 d\u00e9guster sur le canap\u00e9 avec des cookies ou des <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/02\/15\/sables-bicolore-sans-gluten-et-sans-lait\/\" target=\"_blank\">sabl\u00e9s<\/a>. <br>Le genre de chocolat chaud qui te fait des moustaches tellement il est \u00e9pais, et d\u00e9cadent ! Un chocolat chaud vegan comme ceux dit &#8220;\u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne&#8221; dans certains salons de th\u00e9. Mais cette fois-ci c&#8217;est bien-s\u00fbr une version sans lait.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser une petite tasse, il faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 cl de lait de noisettes<\/li>\n<li>3 carr\u00e9s de chocolat chaud \u00e0 70%<\/li>\n<li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<li>Une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre de cacao 100%&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et c&#8217;est tout !<br>Pour le r\u00e9aliser, c&#8217;est aussi tr\u00e8s facile. Dans une casserole faire doucement chauffer le lait de noisettes et y ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cacao, puis les carr\u00e9s de chocolat pour qu&#8217;ils fondent tout doucement.&nbsp; Une fois qu&#8217;ils sont bien dissous dans le lait de noisettes, ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable. J&#8217;ai fait une version sucr\u00e9e &#8211; j&#8217;ai dit d\u00e9cadent le chocolat chaud ! Mais vous pouvez prendre l&#8217;option plus healthy et choisir de ne pas mettre de sucre du tout ! Id\u00e9e \u00e0 mon avis \u00e0 r\u00e9server aux amateurs de chocolat bien noir ! Je ne suis pas s\u00fbre que la version sans sucre convienne \u00e0 tout le monde.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servir bien chaud, et aller se poser dans le canap\u00e9, sous un gros plaid, avec un bon bouquin, ou devant un film ou une s\u00e9rie.
