C&#8217;est \u00e0 dire les passer dans le four pour environ 10 &#8211; 15 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C afin qu&#8217;elles dorent. Tu peux aussi acheter des amandes ou des noisettes d\u00e9j\u00e0 grill\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/p><p>L&#8217;autre option est de r\u00e9aliser la <b>p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">avec des pur\u00e9es de noisettes et d&#8217;amandes &#8211; ce qui r\u00e9duira consid\u00e9rablement le temps de pr\u00e9paration !\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Pour les <b>noisettes grill\u00e9es<\/b> au four j&#8217;enl\u00e8ve aussi leur peau en les frottant alors qu&#8217;elles sont encore ti\u00e8des. Processus \u00e0 ne pas faire juste \u00e0 la sortie du four, sous peine de se br\u00fbler !\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner fa\u00e7on pralin\u00e9 il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>125 g de noisettes grill\u00e9es<\/li><li>125 g d&#8217;amandes grill\u00e9es<\/li><li>3 dattes moelleuses<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de noisettes<\/li><li>1 belle cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre non sucr\u00e9<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans le bol du robot, placer les <b>amandes <\/b>et les <b>noisettes<\/b>, puis mixer. Chez moi c&#8217;est \u00e0 vitesse max ou &#8220;pulse&#8221;, mais \u00e0 vous d&#8217;adapter \u00e0 votre robot. Il faudra l&#8217;arr\u00eater de temps en temps pour faire descendre les morceaux de noisettes et d&#8217;amandes qui ont tendance \u00e0 se mettre sur les bords.\u00a0<\/p><p>Si ton robot est peu puissant, tu peux aussi faire des pauses afin qu&#8217;il ne chauffe pas trop. Vous pouvez aussi l&#8217;aider en ajouter les cuill\u00e8res d&#8217;<b>huile de noisettes<\/b> \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0. Le mien ne fait que 500 W et ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me lorsque je r\u00e9alise mes pur\u00e9es Si elles ne sont pas tr\u00e8s molles, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 les faire tremper quelques minutes dans de l&#8217;eau ti\u00e8de.&nbsp;<br>Une fois bien mix\u00e9es, il suffit d&#8217;ajouter la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cacao en poudre puis les 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de noisettes &#8211; si vous ne l&#8217;avez pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape du mixage des noisettes et des amandes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tu peux aussi ajouter un peu plus d&#8217;huile si tu souhaites une texture plus fluide au niveau de la <b>p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner<\/b>. Personnellement je l&#8217;aime assez dense, afin qu&#8217;elle ne coule pas de mon pain !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et toi tu l&#8217;aimes comment ta p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cette version est ultra <b>healthy<\/b>, <b>sans sucre raffin\u00e9<\/b>, <b>sans lait<\/b> bien s\u00fbr, et avec plein de prot\u00e9ines et d&#8217;om\u00e9ga 3 apport\u00e9es par les noisettes et les amandes.
