Une id\u00e9e sympa pour int\u00e9grer aussi un <b>l\u00e9gume <\/b>suppl\u00e9mentaire au menu ! Pour les enfants, \u00e7a peut aussi permettre de leur faire manger des <b>falafels <\/b>gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la couleur rose.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour tout vous dire, j&#8217;ai justement eu l&#8217;id\u00e9e de cette recette car j&#8217;avais eu 3 grosses betteraves dans mon panier de l\u00e9gumes bio, et j&#8217;avais besoin de les cuisiner avant qu&#8217;elles ne tirent trop la tron<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">che ! J&#8217;ai d\u00fb inventer et faire preuve d&#8217;un peu de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. D&#8217;habitude je mange surtout les betteraves dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/01\/08\/buddha-bowl-de-lhiver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">buddha bowl<\/a> plein de l\u00e9gumes.<\/span><\/p><div class=\"text_exposed_show\"><p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour r\u00e9aliser une vingtaine de falafels :<\/p><ul><li>100 g de betterave cuites<\/li><li>200 g de pois chiches cuits<\/li><li>un demi oignon rouge<\/li><li>2 gousses d&#8217;ail<\/li><li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine de riz compl\u00e8te<\/li><li>\u00e9pices : cumin et paprika fum\u00e9 pour moi<\/li><li>sel, poivre.<\/li><\/ul><p>Et pour faire ces falafels \u00e0 la betterave, c&#8217;est encore une fois simplissime ! Il suffit de mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sauf la farine dans le bol de votre robot avec une lame en S et de mixer.<\/p><p>Ce qui donne une belle p\u00e2te de couleur rose. Si elle est un peu trop collante, c&#8217;est l\u00e0 qu&#8217;il faut ajouter de la farine. \u00c0 vous d&#8217;ajuster la quantit\u00e9 jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir la bonne texture. Pour moi \u00e7a n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 plus loin que ces 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine de riz compl\u00e8te.<\/p><p>Il n&#8217;y a plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 former des petites boules, les placer sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9, et au four pendant 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p><p>Et vous vous aimez les falafels ?
