Personnellement, c&#8217;est un &#8220;plat doudou&#8221; pour moi tellement c&#8217;est bon ! Cette version est <b>aux l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;automne<\/b>, avec des navets, des carottes et une courge butternut notamment. Ce <b>couscous <\/b>est aussi tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Le plus long est de laisser <b>mijoter <\/b>vos <b>l\u00e9gumes<\/b>, mais pendant ce temps-l\u00e0 vous pouvez faire autre chose : regarder Netflix sous un plaid, passer un coup de fils, ou partir pour une balade rapide !\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce couscous aux l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;automne j&#8217;ai mis :<\/p><ul><li>Un oignon rouge<\/li><li>Trois gousses d&#8217;ail<\/li><li>Une bo\u00eete de tomates pel\u00e9es<\/li><li>Une demie courge butternut<\/li><li>Un gros navet<\/li><li>Trois carottes<\/li><li>Cinq pommes de terre<\/li><li>Une bo\u00eete de pois chiches<\/li><li>Des \u00e9pices : cumin, curcuma, cannelle<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans un grand faitout, faire revenir un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive ou d&#8217;avocat, ajouter l&#8217;oignon rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9, et l&#8217;ail. Faire dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et ajouter vos \u00e9pices. Ici, j&#8217;ai choisi un m\u00e9lange de cumin, curcuma, et cannelle, mais libre \u00e0 vous de choisir ceux que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez. <\/p><p>Laisser revenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Puis ajouter les l\u00e9gumes : la demie courge butternut coup\u00e9e en gros d\u00e8s, les carottes, le navet, et les pommes de terres.<br \/>C&#8217;est le moment d&#8217;y ajouter votre bo\u00eete de tomates pel\u00e9es, et un peu d&#8217;eau en plus si besoin. Tu peux aussi ajouter un bouillon de l\u00e9gumes pour plus de go\u00fbt. Ou alors ajouter des pois chiches en bo\u00eete.<\/p><p>C&#8217;est le moment de couvrir le faitout, et de partir faire autre chose. Si aucune des propositions plus haut ne vous tente, pourquoi ne pas r\u00e9aliser un dessert ? Comme cette recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/05\/muffins-banane-aux-pepites-de-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">muffins banane au chocolat<\/a>\u00a0?<\/p><p>Lorsque les l\u00e9gumes sont tendres, c&#8217;est cuit. Au moment de servir, pr\u00e9parer la semoule. J&#8217;ai choisi une semoule aux pois chiches et aux lentilles corail, sans gluten, et particuli\u00e8rement bonne. On la trouve en magasin bio mais aussi maintenant dans certains supermarch\u00e9s. Il suffit de verser la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;eau bouillante sur la semaine et laisser gonfler avec un peu de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, ou de beurre clarifi\u00e9, qui ne contient plus de cas\u00e9ine, la prot\u00e9ine du lait.<\/p><p>Il ne reste plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 se\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">r\u00e9galer de ce couscous aux l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;automne tout chaud !
