Qui soit facile, rapide, et sain tout en \u00e9tant sans gluten ? Et qui sorte de ma traditionnelle &#8220;soupe&#8221; de butternut. Je l&#8217;adore, je la fais sous tellement d&#8217;aspects diff\u00e9rents, comme\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/14\/veloute-proteine-aux-deux-courges-butternut-et-potimarron\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cette recette avec du butternut, et du potimarron en version prot\u00e9in\u00e9e<\/a>, mais je cherchais cette fois-ci quelque chose que je pourrais plut\u00f4t manger un midi en rentrant du travail. Oui car la soupe pour moi c&#8217;est le soir. J&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour une tarte butternut, f\u00eata et lardons sans gluten ! Une recette vraiment facile \u00e0 faire, et \u00e0 servir par exemple avec une salade de m\u00e2che puisque c&#8217;est la saison ! Celle-ci est moins friable que mes derni\u00e8res tentatives, mais en la coupant apr\u00e8s cuisson, il faut rester assez d\u00e9licat ! On reste sur du sans gluten, donc friable !<\/p>\n<p>Pour la r\u00e9alisation de la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sans gluten :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de farine de riz<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>50 g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>75 g de beurre, de margarine ou de ghee fondu selon vos envies (et la possibilit\u00e9 de passer en sans lait, ou sans lactose)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>5 cl d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans un grand bol, versez les farines, la f\u00e9cule et le sel. Faites un puits, puis ajouter l&#8217;\u0153uf et commencez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Puis ajouter le beurre ou ghee, ou margarine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale fondue, et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Et r\u00e9aliser l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 tarte !\u00a0<br \/>Pour cela il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>1 demi butternut\u00a0<\/li><li>100 g de lardons<\/li><li>50 g de f\u00eata \u00e9miett\u00e9e aux doigts<\/li><li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me soja ou de cr\u00e8me liquide si pas d&#8217;intol\u00e9rances<\/li><li>sel, poivre, paprika<\/li><\/ul><p>Commencez par cuire la butternut. Personnellement ici j&#8217;ai choisi de la cuire \u00e0 la vapeur, dans mon Vitaliseur, car c&#8217;est rapide, et facile. Il est toujours pr\u00eat \u00e0 servir sur mes plaques ! Mais vous pouvez aussi cuire la butternut au four si vous avez envie. Pendant qu&#8217;elle cuit, faites revenir les lardons dans une po\u00eale. Une fois que la courge est bien cuite, mixez l\u00e0.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans un bol, mettre les lardons, et la f\u00eata, la courge butternut mix\u00e9e, et ajouter : sel, poivre et paprika. Rajoutez 20 cl de cr\u00e8me soja cuisine, ou bien de la cr\u00e8me liquide classique si vous n&#8217;avez aucune intol\u00e9rances. Bien m\u00e9langer et cette fois l&#8217;appareil est pr\u00eat.\u00a0<\/p><p>Sortez la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sans gluten du frigo. Puis aplatissez la entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson pour former un rond. Une fois bien \u00e9tal\u00e9e, faites glisser la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e dans le moule \u00e0 tarte. Puis piquez l\u00e0.\u00a0<\/p><p>Il est temps d\u00e9sormais de rajouter l&#8217;appareil au dessus de votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte. Et voil\u00e0 cette fois-ci le plus difficile est fait ! Direction le four pendant environ 30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Mais n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier que votre p\u00e2te est bien cuite.
