C&#8217;est donc ma premi\u00e8re recette aux pommes, avec pour cette grande premi\u00e8re : un cake aux pommes sans gluten et sans lait.\u00a0<\/p><p>J&#8217;ai choisi en revanche d&#8217;utiliser des \u0153ufs pour garantir le moelleux. A la place du beurre, pour une recette 100% sans lait, j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 de la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes et de l&#8217;huile de coco, qui permet de durcir la pr\u00e9paration lorsqu&#8217;elle refroidit.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour les pommes je les ai choisi bio, et je les ai coup\u00e9 en tout petits morceaux en les lavant bien et en gardant la peau puisqu&#8217;elles sont bio. Bien m\u00e9langer tout ensemble. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes bien lisse et pas un fond de pot comme moi qui ait bien gal\u00e9r\u00e9 pour rendre le m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Si vous avez un fond de peau, vous pouvez battre le tout au robot. C&#8217;est ce que j&#8217;ai fait et \u00e0 priori \u00e7a fonctionne pas trop mal pour ce m\u00e9lange en particulier.\u00a0<\/p><p>Une fois ce m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne, l&#8217;ajouter dans le bol avec la farine, et le sucre puis tout m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau. Coupez les petites pommes en d\u00e8s assez fin, et r\u00e9servez une demie pommes en quartiers pour ajouter sur le dessus du cake. Vous aurez ainsi tout l&#8217;appareil du cake aux pommes sans gluten et sans lait.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le verser dans un plat \u00e0 cake. Ajoutez les quartiers de pommes sur le dessus, et laisser au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 30 minutes.
