Un fruit que je n&#8217;aimais pas sp\u00e9cialement avant, mais depuis 2 ans environ j&#8217;ai chang\u00e9 d&#8217;avis ou de go\u00fbt ? Et j&#8217;adore \u00e7a, je pourrais en manger une dizaine chaque jour ! Si seulement c&#8217;\u00e9tait pas si cher ! ha ha. Hors saison, j&#8217;en prends aussi en version s\u00e9ch\u00e9es en agriculture biologique.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">Ici il s&#8217;agit bien de figues fra\u00eeches pour cette tarte ch\u00e8vre miel et figues ! J&#8217;adore la combinaison ch\u00e8vre miel, mais je m&#8217;en \u00e9tais priv\u00e9e pendant 2 ann\u00e9es lorsque je mangeais strictement sans aucun produits laitiers. Ceci dit, si c&#8217;est votre cas, j&#8217;ai vu lors de mes derni\u00e8res courses \u00e0 Biocoop qu&#8217;il existait un substitut vegan \u00e0 la b\u00fbche de ch\u00e8vre. Vous pouvez donc utiliser ceci, m\u00eame si je n&#8217;ai pas regard\u00e9 la liste d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients, et je ne sais donc pas quoi si c&#8217;est correct en termes de composition. L&#8217;autre option est simplement de faire une tarte figues &#8211; miel sans le ch\u00e8vre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai choisi de faire une p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e sans gluten. Malheureusement ce n&#8217;est pas encore la recette parfaite. Une fois cuite, je ne vais pas vous mentir, la p\u00e2te est relativement cassante (\u00e7a se voit d&#8217;ailleurs sur les photos !). En revanche, le go\u00fbt est bon, ce qui me semble quand m\u00eame essentiel.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e sans gluten :<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine de riz<\/li>\n<li>50g de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et demi de psyllium blond<\/li>\n<li>10 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencez par mettre dans un bol, la farine de riz et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, ajoutez le psyllium blond, la pinc\u00e9e de sel, m\u00e9langez bien. Puis ajoutez l&#8217;\u0153uf et petit \u00e0 petit, vous pourrez ajouter les 10 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. La p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e va s&#8217;agglom\u00e9rer petit \u00e0 petit. Etalez l\u00e0 entre deux papiers cuisson et faites ensuite glisser celui du bas dans le plat \u00e0 tarte.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph environ\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>300 g de cr\u00e8me soja \u00e9paisse (j&#8217;ai pris du yaourt fa\u00e7on \u00e0 la grecque)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de piment d&#8217;Espelette<\/li>\n<li>1 poign\u00e9e de noix\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>du miel (ici miel d&#8217;acacia)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prenez votre moule \u00e0 tarte sur lequel vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 plac\u00e9 votre p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e, d\u00e9posez la moiti\u00e9 de vos morceaux de ch\u00e8vre. Dans un bol, battez les \u0153ufs, avec la cr\u00e8me soja \u00e9paisse, le sel, poivre et piment d&#8217;Espelette.\u00a0 Ajouter cet appareil sur les morceaux de ch\u00e8vre. Puis sur l&#8217;appareil maintenant, vous pouvez d\u00e9poser le reste de votre ch\u00e8vre, et les figues coup\u00e9es en deux. Vous pouvez alors rajouter quelques noix et du miel. Placez dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 30 minutes. Servez chaud, et ajoutez au besoin un peu de miel suppl\u00e9mentaire. Avec une salade verte en accompagnement c&#8217;est parfait.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cette tarte ch\u00e8vre miel et figues est \u00e0 consommer le jour m\u00eame ou le lendemain en la r\u00e9chauffant un peu au four avant de la consommer. C&#8217;est aussi une id\u00e9e sympa comme plat sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
