Il y en a beaucoup dans les parcs un peu partout, et \u00e0 la campagne, en bord de route. C&#8217;est tr\u00e8s facile d&#8217;en trouver et d&#8217;en remplir un sac pour les utiliser en cuisine comme ici dans ces muffins sans gluten ni lait \u00e0 la m\u00fbre. J&#8217;adore car \u00e7a fait une belle balade et en plus on a la fiert\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir r\u00e9colt\u00e9 soi-m\u00eame ses m\u00fbres, \u00e0 coups de quelques \u00e9gratignures dans les ronces !<\/span><\/p><p>Bien s\u00fbr parfois elles manquent d&#8217;eau et les m\u00fbres sont litt\u00e9ralement cram\u00e9es et impossible \u00e0 ramasser, mais si comme moi vous adorez vous balader pour en ramasser, vous finirez par avoir vos spots favoris, un peu comme pour les champignons ! ha ha!<\/p><p>On les trouve tout l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, mais chez nous dans le sud-ouest, elles sont surtout m\u00fbres \u00e0 partir du mois d&#8217;ao\u00fbt jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 mi septembre. Apr\u00e8s la cueillette, je les lave, je les fais s\u00e9cher, et je les garde au frigo maximum deux jours car apr\u00e8s elles commencent \u00e0 se g\u00e2ter, donc je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re rapidement les congeler pour en faire des coulis, des sauces ou des confitures. Il vous suffit de mettre la farine de riz, la poudre d&#8217;amandes, le sucre de coco dans un bol. Puis d&#8217;y ajouter la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amande, l&#8217;\u0153uf, le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et de bien m\u00e9langer l&#8217;ensemble. Y ajouter le bicarbonate et le vinaigre dessus par dessus. Et au dernier moment les m\u00fbres. J&#8217;en garde toujours une poign\u00e9e que je rajoute ensuite sur le dessus une fois que l&#8217;appareil est dans le moule.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Versez donc votre appareil sans grumeaux dans un moule \u00e0 muffins, puis ajouter quelques m\u00fbres fra\u00eeches sur le dessus pour la d\u00e9co.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Passez au four \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant environ 15 minutes, et voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
