La plupart des gens r\u00e9alisent les banoffee avec des biscuits types sabl\u00e9s ou palets bretons, et \/ou des speculoos. Je les ai remplac\u00e9 ici par des versions sans gluten disponibles sur le blog : mes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2021\/06\/03\/sables-au-sarrasin-sans-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sabl\u00e9s au sarrasin<\/a>\u00a0et mes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/speculoos-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">petites \u00e9toiles fa\u00e7on speculoos<\/a>\u00a0! Ensuite il suffit d&#8217;assembler le banoffee sans gluten comme un classique. J&#8217;ai choisi d&#8217;utiliser des verrines pour la pr\u00e9sentation, car c&#8217;est facile, rapide et joli !\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Pour cette recette pour 4 personnes il vous faudra donc :<\/p><ul><li>150g de <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2021\/06\/03\/sables-au-sarrasin-sans-gluten\/\">sabl\u00e9s au sarrasin<\/a><\/li><li>150g de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/speculoos-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biscuits fa\u00e7on speculoos\u00a0<\/a><\/li><li>50g de beurre<\/li><li>1 bo\u00eete de confiture de lait\u00a0<\/li><li>3 bananes\u00a0<\/li><li>50g de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re<\/li><li>50g de sucre glace<\/li><li>une pinc\u00e9e de vanille extrait ou poudre de gousse (c&#8217;est ce que j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 ici et le go\u00fbt \u00e9tait extra)<\/li><\/ul><p>Comme je le disais l&#8217;id\u00e9e est de d&#8217;abord r\u00e9aliser les biscuits. Cela vous prendra pas mal de temps, et je vous conseille donc de les pr\u00e9parer la veille, \u00e7a vous \u00e9vitera d&#8217;\u00eatre \u00e0 la bourre et de courir partout si vous avez des invit\u00e9s et que le dessert est loin d&#8217;\u00eatre fini.<\/p><p>Une fois les biscuits sarrasin et speculoos r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, et cuit, il suffit de les \u00e9craser grossi\u00e8rement. Soit en les mettant dans un saladier et en les pillant au mortier. Soit en les enveloppant dans un sachet plastique type cong\u00e9lation et en les brisant contre votre plan de travail. Ma m\u00e9thode pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 &#8211; en plus \u00e7a d\u00e9foule !\u00a0 \ud83d\ude00<\/p><p>Une fois bien \u00e9miett\u00e9s et froid bien s\u00fbr, les placer au fond de chacun des 4 verrines \u00e0 dose \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e9gales. Si vous avez du temps vous pouvez placer les verrines au frigo 20 minutes pour que le m\u00e9lange durcisse bien. Sinon poursuivez le dressage avec la confiture de lait sur les biscuits, puis des rondelles de bananes.\u00a0<br \/>Ensuite \u00e7a sera au tour de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e.<br \/>Pour la r\u00e9aliser il vous faut prendre la cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re commencez \u00e0 battre au fouet, puis rajouter petit \u00e0 petit le sucre glace et la vanille. La cr\u00e8me va monter en chantilly. Ici j&#8217;ai trich\u00e9 et je l&#8217;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au siphon, mais le r\u00e9sultat sera le m\u00eame au batteur. Ajouter ensuite la cr\u00e8me sur vos verrines au moment de servir, et voil\u00e0, un banoffee sans gluten !\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
