En tout cas, ils restent tr\u00e8s bons, mais ressemblent vraiment plus \u00e0 des sabl\u00e9s \u00e0 la saveur prononc\u00e9e avec le sarrasin. L&#8217;id\u00e9e de base \u00e9tait ensuite de pouvoir les utiliser dans un autre g\u00e2teau que j&#8217;avais pr\u00e9vu de faire pour un repas chez des amis, le tout mix\u00e9 avec mes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/speculoos-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">petits sabl\u00e9s fa\u00e7on sp\u00e9culoos<\/a>\u00a0toujours sans gluten !\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour les r\u00e9aliser, j&#8217;ai pris :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>100g de farine de sarrasin<\/li><li>50g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>70g de farine de riz<\/li><li>30g de f\u00e9cule de pommes de terre<\/li><li>90g de sucre de coco<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;extrait de vanille<\/li><li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>50g de beurre demi sel\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>Dans un saladier, ajouter les farines, la poudre d&#8217;amandes, et la f\u00e9cule de pommes de terre avec le sucre de coco. Ajouter le beurre demi sel fondu, puis l&#8217;extrait de vanille. M\u00e9langer, et ajouter les deux \u0153ufs battus. Cela vous donnera une p\u00e2te \u00e0 \u00e9taler ensuite. Pensez \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9taler sur du papier cuisson ou sur une plaque en silicone pour pouvoir plus facilement les d\u00e9tacher.\u00a0<\/div><p>Avec un emporte pi\u00e8ce de la dimension souhait\u00e9e, vous pouvez ensuite d\u00e9tailler chaque petit sabl\u00e9 au sarrasin sans gluten, puis mettre chacune des pi\u00e8ces sur une plaque de cuisson. Lorsque vous avez termin\u00e9 toute la p\u00e2te, vous pouvez placer au four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant environ 12 minutes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Et voil\u00e0 vos petits sabl\u00e9s sarrasin sans gluten sont pr\u00eats. Je les ai donc utilis\u00e9 dans un dessert et le reste avec du chocolat noir comme \u00e7a pour le go\u00fbter. Attention \u00e0 ne pas trop les cuire au risque qu&#8217;ils soient secs.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-e1a8504 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\"
