En fait chez moi tous les fruits rouges sont un d\u00e9lice ! Je pourrais en manger tout le temps tous les jours ! L&#8217;hiver je les ach\u00e8te surgel\u00e9s. En plus, ils ont plein de bienfaits ! Les fruits rouges contiennent beaucoup d&#8217;antioxydants.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">La myrtille par exemple elle contient environ 20 antioxydants diff\u00e9rents, donc elle est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour l&#8217;organisme. Elle contient en plus beaucoup de potassium et bien s\u00fbr de la vitamine C. Alors en pleine saison, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 consommer de la <b>myrtille <\/b>! Alors pourquoi pas les utiliser dans des <b>muffins sans gluten<\/b> ? Surtout que ceux-ci sont hyper gonfl\u00e9s et super moelleux !<\/span><\/p><p>J&#8217;\u00e9tais m\u00eame \u00e9tonn\u00e9e \u00e0 quel point ils ont gonfl\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisson ! Ils ont failli d\u00e9bord\u00e9 du moule ! Comme d&#8217;habitude, la recette est peu sucr\u00e9e, donc n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter un peu de sucre si vous aimez vos desserts, et vos go\u00fbters assez sucr\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser 3 gros muffins, ou 6 plus petits il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>75 g de farine de riz complet<\/li><li>75 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>40 g de sucre de coco<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever<\/li><li>9 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal de votre choix\u00a0<\/li><li>20 g de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf\u00a0<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate alimentaire\u00a0<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de vinaigre de cidre<\/li><li>100 g de myrtilles fra\u00eeches\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div><p>Dans un grand bol, ajouter tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments secs \u00e0 part le bicarbonate, c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire la farine de riz, la poudre d&#8217;amandes, le sucre de coco, et la poudre \u00e0 lever. Y ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf et la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amande et m\u00e9langer. Puis c&#8217;est le moment de compl\u00e9ter avec les 9 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Puis placer la demi cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate au dessus de la pr\u00e9paration sans m\u00e9langer et verser dessus le vinaigre de cidre qui va faire des bulles !\u00a0<\/p><p>Placer la pr\u00e9paration dans les moules \u00e0 muffins, puis ajouter \u00e0 la main les myrtilles fra\u00eeches et les pousser \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette m\u00e9thode tes muffins ne deviendront pas tout violets. Faire cuire \u00e0 180\u00b0C pendant 17 minutes environ pour la version gros muffins.\u00a0<\/p><p>Et vous, est-ce que vous aimez les myrtilles ?
