En pleine saison des fraises, une simple salade de fraises bien que d\u00e9licieuse, me semblait &#8220;trop simple&#8221;pour l&#8217;occasion, alors j&#8217;ai eu envie de chercher un dessert un peu plus \u00e9labor\u00e9. Et voil\u00e0 comment est n\u00e9 le<b> tiramisu aux fraises vegan et sans gluten<\/b>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il ne contient donc ni \u0153ufs, ni produits laitiers, ni gluten. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser un yaourt de soja \u00e9goutt\u00e9 pour remplacer la mascarpone habituelle et cela fonctionne vraiment tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s bien. J&#8217;imagine que l&#8217;on peut changer le yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal et utiliser un yaourt \u00e0 base de riz, d&#8217;avoine ou de coco, mais je n&#8217;ai pas encore test\u00e9, donc je ne pourrais pas vous le garantir. Mais si vous testez cela m&#8217;int\u00e9resse d&#8217;avoir votre retour. N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 m&#8217;en faire partie dans les commentaires.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la place de la g\u00e9noise traditionnelle, j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 ma recette de sp\u00e9culoos maison eux aussi bien \u00e9videmment sans produits laitiers, et sans gluten. La&nbsp; recette d\u00e9taill\u00e9e est \u00e0 consulter juste&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/speculoos-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICI<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire environ 4 belles verrines de tiramisu aux fraises vegan et sans gluten il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 pot de 400 g de yaourt au soja&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>250 g de fraises&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/06\/10\/speculoos-sans-gluten-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\">sp\u00e9culoos maison<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me de coco Kara \u00e0 90 % de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de xylitol (sucre de bouleau)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;extrait de vanille&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour commencer cette recette de tiramisu aux fraises vegan et sans gluten, je vous invite donc \u00e0 vous munir d&#8217;un torchon propre et d&#8217;un saladier. Placer la totalit\u00e9 du yaourt de soja dans le torchon avec un \u00e9gouttoir et le laisser simplement s&#8217;\u00e9goutter dans le saladier si possible toute une nuit. Le lendemain vous aurez une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la texture \u00e9paisse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Placer en m\u00eame temps la brique de cr\u00e8me de coco et le bol dans lequel vous allez monter en chantilly cette cr\u00e8me coco. Ou mieux, si vous avez au robot. Ajoutez pendant qu&#8217;elle monte les 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de xylitol et la vanille. Ajouter cette pr\u00e9paration au yaourt coco bien \u00e9goutt\u00e9. Bien m\u00e9langer. Vous obtiendrez une texture qui ressemble \u00e0 celle du mascarpone. V\u00e9rifiez que la teneur en sucre vous convient, car je ne sucre que tr\u00e8s peu mes pr\u00e9parations et si vous \u00eates un bec sucr\u00e9 vous pourriez trouver cela trop l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sucr\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans une premi\u00e8re verrine disposer des sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9cras\u00e9s au fond. Puis ajoutez les fraises. Il suffit ensuite de placer du mascarpone v\u00e9g\u00e9tal au dessus, et \u00e0 nouveau des sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9cras\u00e9s. Puis \u00e0 nouveau du mascarpone. Parsemez de sp\u00e9culoos \u00e9cras\u00e9s et d\u00e9corez si vous le voulez d&#8217;une ou plusieurs fraises.\u00a0<\/p><p>Vous pouvez r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration avec toutes les verrines que vous avez !\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette recette de tiramisu aux fraises vegan et sans gluten vraiment chouette pour recevoir des amis, \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode des fraises. Et qui change un peu des traditionnelles fraises chantilly ou de la tarte aux fraises. Elle a en tout cas \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e. Et par des gens qui mangent normalement avec gluten et avec produits laitiers !
