C&#8217;est d&#8217;ailleurs pour r\u00e9aliser un tiramisu que je me suis d\u00e9cid\u00e9e \u00e0 tenter de faire ces petits sabl\u00e9s au bon go\u00fbt de <b>cannelle<\/b>. Dans un autre r\u00e9cipient, mettre tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments secs, c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire les farines de riz et de sarrasin, la f\u00e9cule de tapioca, le sucre de coco, la poudre \u00e0 lever, mais aussi la cannelle et le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices. Y ajouter l&#8217;huile de coco fondue et les 3 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Bien m\u00e9langer. Cela donne une belle boule de p\u00e2te.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9taler cette p\u00e2te de couleur pain d&#8217;\u00e9pices avec un rouleau. Puis avec un emporte pi\u00e8ce d\u00e9tailler les formes que vous voulez. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas d&#8217;emporte pi\u00e8ces, vous pouvez utiliser un verre, cela vous donnera des biscuits ronds. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&#8217;op\u00e9ration plusieurs fois jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y ait plus de p\u00e2te disponible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Allumer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et laisser cuire chaque fourn\u00e9e pendant 10 minutes. Et voil\u00e0, il n&#8217;y a plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 laisser refroidir, et les placer dans une bo\u00eete m\u00e9tallique pour les consommer tel quel ou dans un autre dessert.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et vous, vous aimiez les sp\u00e9culoos avant de passer \u00e0 l&#8217;alimentation sans gluten et sans lait ?
