Il est possible que \u00e7a soit dans un restaurant libanais il y a plus de 10 ans. De suite, j&#8217;ai ador\u00e9 ! La texture cr\u00e9meuse, le go\u00fbt&#8230; Bref j&#8217;adore ! Le<b> houmous traditionnel <\/b>est fait avec beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Ici, j&#8217;ai choisi de r\u00e9aliser une r<b>ecette d&#8217;houm<\/b><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">ous facile \u00e0 l&#8217;huile de colza<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> car je trouve que l&#8217;huile de colza a un go\u00fbt plus neutre qui est plus facile que l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, souvent plus fruit\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette, je prends des pois chiches secs que je fais tremper la nuit pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, ce qui permet d&#8217;avoir une recette tr\u00e8s \u00e9conomique et plus digeste que les pois chiches en bo\u00eete, mais il est tout \u00e0 fait possible d&#8217;utiliser des pois chiches en bo\u00eete.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette d&#8217;houmous \u00e0 l&#8217;huile de colza il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de pois chiches secs ou 200 g en bo\u00eete<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 gousse d&#8217;ail&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de tahini&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 citron press\u00e9&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>7 cl d&#8217;huile de colza<\/li>\n<li>3 cl d&#8217;eau&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si vous avez choisi les pois chiches secs, fa\u00eetes les tremper une nuit avant de les cuire environ 2 heures \u00e0 la casserole. \u00c9gouttez les et garder \u00e9ventuellement le jus pour faire une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/03\/06\/mousse-au-chocolat-sans-oeufs-et-sans-lait-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\">mousse au chocolat<\/a>&nbsp;avec l&#8217;aquafaba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un blender ou un robot puissant : placer le jus du demi citron, la demie gousse d&#8217;ail, les 7 cl d&#8217;huile de colza et mixer une premi\u00e8re fois. Ajouter les pois chiches cuits, et la demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de tahini et mixer \u00e0 nouveau. Je fais cette recette au blender et je dois m&#8217;armer d&#8217;un peu de patience et souvent m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau pour que tous les pois chiches puissent \u00eatre mix\u00e9s. Une fois que c&#8217;est le cas, ajouter le sel et petit \u00e0 petit l&#8217;eau jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la texture vous conviennent parfaitement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;aime beaucoup mon houmous avec une texture tr\u00e8s lisse et tr\u00e8s cr\u00e9meuse, et pour moi les 3 cl d&#8217;eau sont parfaits. Maintenant comme chacun est diff\u00e9rent, il est possible de l&#8217;aimer plus &#8220;dense&#8221; et dans ce cas un peu moins d&#8217;eau sera n\u00e9cessaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et voil\u00e0 une recette facile pour r\u00e9aliser un houmous \u00e0 l&#8217;huile de colza parfait \u00e0 emmener \u00e0 l&#8217;ap\u00e9ro chez des amis \u00e0 grignoter avec des b\u00e2tonnets de carottes par exemple. Une id\u00e9e d&#8217;ap\u00e9ro qui j&#8217;emm\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quemment car tr\u00e8s peu de personnes n&#8217;aiment pas \u00e7a, et je m&#8217;assure d&#8217;avoir quelque chose \u00e0 grignoter de sain, sans gluten, ni produits laitiers pour l&#8217;ap\u00e9ro !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et vous vous aimez \u00e7a l&#8217;houmous ?
