Franchement personne je crois ! En tout cas, je n&#8217;ai jamais rencontr\u00e9 quelqu&#8217;un qui n&#8217;aime pas \u00e7a ! Alors comment faire de bonnes<b> frites saines sans friture<\/b> chez soi, sans que \u00e7a sente le graillon, et que \u00e7a soit bon ?<\/p><p>Cette recette est ultra ultra simple, rapide aussi, ne n\u00e9cessite aucune friteuse, mais pas non plus de bain d&#8217;huile&#8230; Donc c&#8217;est \u00e9conomique en huile, et les frites ne sont pas grasses non plus&#8230; Vous aurez simplement besoin d&#8217;un four classique, \u00e0 chaleur tournante si possible.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le bonus c&#8217;est qu&#8217;en plus vous pouvez varier quasiment \u00e0 l&#8217;infinie la recette en mettant uniquement du sel, ou en changeant les \u00e9pices \u00e0 chaque fois que vous le souhaitez ! Personnellement j&#8217;adore utiliser le paprika fum\u00e9, mais aussi un m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9pices \u00e0 guacamole, des herbes de Provence&#8230; Je varie selon mon humeur.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Cette recette si on peut dire \u00e7a c&#8217;est vraiment quelque chose de simplissime que vous pourrez faire et re -refaire de nombreuses fois sans culpabiliser, car c&#8217;est vraiment une fa\u00e7on de faire des frites moelleuses, et en m\u00eame temps bien dor\u00e9es sur le dessus qui font l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9 chez moi !\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour faire 200 g de frites :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0200 g de pommes de terre, si possible une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 qui r\u00e9siste bien comme les binje<\/li><li>3 belles grosses cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9pices de votre choix. (Ici du paprika fum\u00e9.)<\/li><\/ul><div>Commencer par pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C sur chaleur tournante.\u00a0<br \/>Laver les pommes de terre, et \u00e9pluchez-les, surtout si elles ne sont pas bio. Coupez les en lamelles fa\u00e7on frites. Prendre un grand bocal, placer les frites crues dedans, verser l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, et parsemer d&#8217;\u00e9pices au choix. Refermer le bocal bien secouer ! L&#8217;huile et les \u00e9pices vont se r\u00e9partir sur les frites.\u00a0<br \/>Les placer ensuite \u00e9tal\u00e9es sur la grille du four. Et laisser cuire environ 25 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C.
