Je mets tout ce que j&#8217;ai \u00e0 disposition dans mon frigo et cela fait une bonne dose de nutriments et de vitamines en une seule fois ! Je vous propose ici un pok\u00e9 bowl multi couleurs, plein de bons l\u00e9gumes, avec un peu de saumon cru marin\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p>Les edaname sont des haricots de soja japonais que l&#8217;on ne trouve pas facilement encore en France. En fait je les trouve chez Picard Surgel\u00e9s au rayon du monde. Ils sont toujours dans leurs gousses et il suffit de les cuire rapidement. Tout est \u00e9cris sur le paquet. Je pense que vous devriez pouvoir en trouver dans les magasins asiatiques. Vous en avez d&#8217;ailleurs sans doute d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 dans les restaurants japonais. L&#8217;\u00e9daname est une l\u00e9gumineuse tout comme les pois chiches ou les haricots rouges. Elle contient donc des prot\u00e9ines, du fer, et des fibres.<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce pok\u00e9 bowl mutli couleurs il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>1 pav\u00e9 de saumon\u00a0<\/li><li>1 poign\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9daname\u00a0<\/li><li>1 belle carotte<\/li><li>1\/4 de mangue\u00a0<\/li><li>60 g de riz basmati cuit\u00a0<\/li><li>3 radis\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Commencer par faire la marinade pour le saumon. Avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile comme de l&#8217;huile de colza, de noisettes ou d&#8217;olive, mais aussi une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de citron et une autre de sauce tamari. Couper le saumon en tranches et le laisser dans cette sauce. Laisser le mariner comme cela plusieurs heures si possible. Sinon, couper de petits morceaux plus fins.\u00a0<br \/>Pendant ce temps faire cuire le riz basmati. Puis \u00e9goutter et laisser refroidir.\u00a0<br \/>Couper les radis, et la mangue en morceaux. Pour la carotte, il est possible de la tailler avec son \u00e9conome dans le sens de la largueur.
