Depuis quelques temps, je suis en panne d&#8217;inspiration pour mes propres repas, et je ne sais pas vous, mais j&#8217;aime manger varier un minimum mes assiettes ? Si \u00e7a vous arrive aussi, alors je vais vous donner ici une id\u00e9e pour accommoder des restes et se faire un bon petit d\u00eener tr\u00e8s simple. Il s&#8217;agit de faire un <strong>chausson aux \u00e9pinards et carottes<\/strong> avec une p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour cette recette ultra simple, il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>1 p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sans gluten\u00a0<\/li><li>2 grosses poign\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9pinards frais\u00a0<\/li><li>2 belles carottes\u00a0<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de pur\u00e9e de tomates<\/li><li>sel, poivre\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Commencez par r\u00e2per vos deux carottes. Puis d\u00e9rouler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e. Sur une moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te, ajouter un peu de pur\u00e9e de tomates, puis les deux carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es. Et enfin par dessus les poign\u00e9es d&#8217;\u00e9pinards. Vous pouvez aussi saler et poivrer. Puis enfournez au four environ 20 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Servir avec une belle salade verte ou salade d&#8217;endives par exemple. Et voil\u00e0, c&#8217;est tout, c&#8217;est hyper simple pour r\u00e9aliser un chausson \u00e9pinards et carottes !
