C&#8217;est la question que je me suis pos\u00e9e en essayant une recette avec ? Quoi de plus simple qu&#8217;avec des cookies ? J&#8217;ai donc fait et approuv\u00e9 cette <strong>recette de cookies \u00e0 la farine de souchet<\/strong> et \u00e0 la poudre d&#8217;amandes.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le souchet est \u00e0 l&#8217;origine une plante herbac\u00e9e naturellement sans gluten. Ses tubercules ont un go\u00fbt l\u00e9ger de noisettes. C&#8217;est ce qui m&#8217;a attir\u00e9 dans cette farine, qui est en fait plut\u00f4t une poudre issu des tubercules de la plante. Ils contiennent la moiti\u00e9 de glucides, mais aussi des lipides et 7 % de prot\u00e9ines.\u00a0<\/p><p>La texture est proche de celle de la poudre d&#8217;amandes, de couleur marron claire. La farine de souchet est parfaite pour les p\u00e2tisseries et les pr\u00e9parations sucr\u00e9es sans gluten. Mais vous pouvez aussi l&#8217;utiliser crue dans des smoothies ou vos yaourts v\u00e9g\u00e9taux. Elle fait partie des nombreuses <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/24\/liste-des-farines-sans-gluten-et-comment-les-utiliser\/\">farines sans gluten<\/a>, loin d&#8217;\u00eatre indispensable mais elle permet de varier les plaisirs !\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ces cookies il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>70 g de farine de souchet<\/li><li>30 g de poudre d&#8217;amandes\u00a0<\/li><li>60 g de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes\u00a0<\/li><li>20 g de sucre de coco\u00a0<\/li><li>10 g de sirop d&#8217;agave\u00a0<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile de coco fondue<\/li><li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten\u00a0<\/li><li>une poign\u00e9e de p\u00e9pites de chocolat\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Dans un bol, placer la farine de souchet, la poudre d&#8217;amande, la poudre \u00e0 lever, le sucre de coco et l&#8217;huile de coco fondue. Y ajouter la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amandes, et le sirop d&#8217;agave et bien m\u00e9langer. La texture doit \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne. Y ajouter des p\u00e9pites de chocolat ou de gros morceaux de chocolat concass\u00e9s comme je l&#8217;ai fait.
