H\u00e9 oui, comme vous sans doute, j&#8217;\u00e9puise toutes mes ressources disponibles dans mon frigo avant de retourner faire mes courses ! Il me restait une moiti\u00e9 de potimarron , et il faut se l&#8217;avouer c&#8217;est plut\u00f4t la fin de la saison, j&#8217;aurai pu le congeler, mais j&#8217;ai choisi de l&#8217;utiliser ! Objectif : r\u00e9aliser une tarte de <b>potimarron <\/b>et <b>patate douce vegan et sans gluten<\/b>. Facile car il me restait aussi du tofu soyeux dans le frigo, et il fallait absolument que je l&#8217;utilise : sa date de p\u00e9remption approchait !\u00a0<\/p><p>Ni une ni deux je me suis ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e ! En mode challenge, car je n&#8217;avais encore jamais fait ce genre de tarte ! Cela donne une recette tr\u00e8s sympa, avec une texture de l&#8217;appareil proche d&#8217;une pur\u00e9e, mais avec beaucoup de saveurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;ajout de la poudre d&#8217;ail et de la sauce tamari.\u00a0<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte maison il vous faut :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>220 g de farine de riz\u00a0<\/li><li>220 g de farine de sarrasin\u00a0<\/li><li>10 g de farine de lupin\u00a0<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel\u00a0<\/li><li>12 cl d&#8217;eau\u00a0<\/li><li>5 cl d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><\/ul><div><p>Si vous avez un robot, il vous suffit de mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble et de laisser le robot malaxer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une texture lisse, et non collante. Bonus ultime pour cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte : elle ne s&#8217;effrite pas, elle est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 travailler pour une p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte sans gluten ! Pas besoin de la rouler entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9e, elle s&#8217;\u00e9tale parfaitement bien !\u00a0<br \/>Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de robot, il vous suffira d&#8217;utiliser vos mimines. Laissez la environ 10 minutes puis ressortez la du four.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire l&#8217;appareil de la tarte potimarron et patate douce vous aurez besoin de :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 potimarron&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 patate douce&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>200 g de tofu soyeux&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;ail moulu<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>poivre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faites cuire \u00e0 la vapeur votre potimarron et votre patate douce ensemble jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les morceaux soient tendres. Puis sortez-les et mixer ensemble en ajoutant le tofu soyeux, la sauce tamari, et la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;ail moulu. Go\u00fbter et ajouter un peu de poivre puis rectifiez assaisonnement \u00e0 votre convenance. Verser l&#8217;appareil sur la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte au sarrasin pr\u00e9 cuite et passez \u00e0 nouveau au four pendant 25 minutes, toujours \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
