C&#8217;est la question que je me suis pos\u00e9e. J&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;id\u00e9e de ces <b>pancakes aux <\/b>graines de lin et au curcuma. Des pancakes qui sont donc enrichis en <b>om\u00e9ga 3 <\/b>gr\u00e2ce aux <b>graines de lin<\/b>. Le <b>curcuma <\/b>est lui reconnu pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoire. C&#8217;est donc un combo gagnant ici en alliant les graines de lin et le curcuma, dans un petit d\u00e9jeuner un peu moins sain : les pancakes.&nbsp;<br>Mais la recette reste ultra simple, et \u00e0 part la couleur l\u00e9g\u00e8re des pancakes il est impossible de savoir que ces pancakes sont aux graines de lin. On ne les sent pas du tout au go\u00fbt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire ces pancakes il vous faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g de farine d&#8217;avoine sans gluten<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de sarrasin<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>12 cl de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de lin moulues<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour moudre les graines de lin, vous pouvez utiliser un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/gp\/product\/B072JT2J81\/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;camp=1642&amp;creative=6746&amp;creativeASIN=B072JT2J81&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;tag=nourrisante-21&amp;linkId=035701b6ac36532d87aa0c387383c473\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moulin \u00e0 grains de caf\u00e9<\/a>, comme je le mentionne dans cette&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2020\/01\/17\/mug-cake-au-chocolat-sans-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recette de mug cake au chocolat<\/a>, mais vous pouvez aussi utiliser un moulin \u00e0 poivre traditionnel \u00e0 main. En revanche \u00e7a sera beaucoup plus long \u00e0 moudre qu&#8217;avec un moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement moudre des flocons d&#8217;avoine sans gluten avec ce m\u00eame moulin, si vous n&#8217;avez pas de &#8220;farine d&#8217;avoine&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, placer tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments secs : les farines, la levure chimique, les graines de lin, et le curcuma. Puis, ajouter l\u2019\u0153uf, le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable et la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale petit \u00e0 petit. Bien m\u00e9langer ! Vous allez obtenir une belle p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancake assez \u00e9paisse , plus \u00e9paisse qu&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes. Elle sera aussi de couleur bien jaune \u00e0 cause du curcuma.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale chaude, verser quelques gouttes d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive ou d&#8217;huile de coco, et verser une louche dans la po\u00eale pour faire un pancake. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter ensuite l&#8217;op\u00e9ration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e2te dans le bol !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servir les pancakes aux graines de lin et au curcuma avec les toppings de votre choix.
