Il peut aussi \u00eatre <b>\u00e9pic\u00e9<\/b>, mais il est tout \u00e0 fait possible de ne pas le rendre piquant pour autant ! Le <b>dhal de lentilles corail <\/b>est aussi un plat facile \u00e0 faire, qui ne n\u00e9cessite que peu d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients. Et la plupart d&#8217;entre eux se trouvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans votre placard. Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de lentilles corail, vous le faire avec des <b>lentilles vertes<\/b>. Ces deux types de lentilles ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de temps de trempage. Il suffit simplement de les rincer avant la cuisson.<\/p>\n<p>Ce genre de plats est facile, rapide, et tr\u00e8s aromatique, donc pratique \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ! Les \u00e9pices utilis\u00e9s ici, sont tout \u00e0 fait inter changeable avec ce dont vous disposez dans votre garde-manger ! Pas besoin de vous casser la t\u00eate. J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 une carotte et des \u00e9pinards en plus, car je les avais sous la main, mais idem, si vous n&#8217;en avez pas, ce n&#8217;est pas une obligation !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce dhal indien il vous faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 petit oignon&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 gousse d&#8217;ail<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 15px;\">200 g de lentilles corail<\/li>\n<li>1 pousse de gingembre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9pices : ici coriandre, et cumin<\/li>\n\n<li>20 cl de lait de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de coulis de tomates<\/li>\n<li>1 carotte<\/li>\n<li>1 belle poign\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pinards frais<\/li>\n<li>25 cl de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes (ou de poulet)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par couper l&#8217;oignon en petit d\u00e8s. Dans une grande casserole, le faire revenir avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Ajouter ensuite la gousse d&#8217;ail pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9minc\u00e9e. ainsi que le gingembre en petits morceaux. Ensuite c&#8217;est au tour des \u00e9pices choisis d&#8217;\u00eatre ajout\u00e9s. Puis vous pouvez laisser l&#8217;ensemble dorer lentement \u00e0 feu doux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que les oignons sont translucides, ajouter la carotte puis les lentilles corail rinc\u00e9es dans une passoire. Ajouter le coulis de tomates et le bouillon, et laisser mijoter une dizaine de minutes. C&#8217;est le moment de mettre le lait de coco, ainsi que les \u00e9pinards. Puis laisser r\u00e9duire encore quelques minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les lentilles soient bien cuites, mais pas fondantes. Car elles pourraient ensuite se d\u00e9liter et devenir comme de la pur\u00e9e.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Servir ce dhal de lentilles corail avec un riz basmati ou riz basmati semi complet par exemple. C&#8217;est un plat r\u00e9confortant et plein de prot\u00e9ines gr\u00e2ce aux lentilles qui vous apportent aussi des fibres, du fer, et du zinc notamment.
