Je la r\u00e9alise souvent l&#8217;hiver, car elle demande un temps de pr\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duit. C&#8217;est selon moi, le repas id\u00e9al en cas de flemme ou de grosse faim et d&#8217;envie de quelque chose de rapide et tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 faire ! La recette ne demande que trois ingr\u00e9dients principaux : le <b>poireau<\/b>, les crevettes et la briquette de cr\u00e8me de soja. Le reste \u00e9tant simplement des \u00e9pices et du sel, et du poivre. J&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 du <b>curcuma <\/b>dans la recette mais si vous n&#8217;avez que du <b>curry <\/b>\u00e7a marche aussi !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour la fondue de poireaux au curry et curcuma :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 poireau&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 briquette de cr\u00e8me de soja<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curry&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<li>quelques crevettes&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prendre le poireau et l&#8217;\u00e9mincer finement; Le faire cuire \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu doux, avec un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse (huile d&#8217;olive par exemple) ou \u00e0 la vapeur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans une autre po\u00eale faire cuire et revenir les crevettes. Vous pouvez les prendre congel\u00e9es. C&#8217;est personnellement ce que je fais, car je trouve \u00e7a plus simple et il n&#8217;y a pas de perte ! L\u00e0 encore on peut les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale sans probl\u00e8me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cuites, vous pouvez ajouter la briquette de cr\u00e8me de soja avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de curry et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma. Saler, et poivrer,&nbsp; puis ajouter le poireau, bien m\u00e9langer et servez bien chaud !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voici une fondue de poireaux au curry simplissime, et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, toujours sans produits laitiers. Bien s\u00fbr je propose ici de faire cette recette avec un seul poireau mais vous pouvez utiliser plusieurs poireaux et multiplier la recette pour la pr\u00e9parer pour plusieurs personnes, et \/ ou pour plusieurs repas si vous avez envie !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et vous vous connaissez la fondue de poireaux au curry ?
