Comme je ne mange plus de viande chez moi, cela faisait un moment que j&#8217;avais envie de tester ce genre de recettes, \u00e0 ma fa\u00e7on bien entendu. J&#8217;ai essay\u00e9 de rendre \u00e7a le plus simple possible, mais forc\u00e9ment c&#8217;est un peu long ! Honn\u00eatement le r\u00e9sultat en vaut la peine ! C&#8217;est vraiment super bon ! Alors forc\u00e9ment non \u00e7a n&#8217;a pas le go\u00fbt de <b>nuggets <\/b>de poulet, mais la sauce est super bonne et je pense que \u00e7a peut \u00eatre une bonne fa\u00e7on de faire manger du <b>chou fleur <\/b>aux plus difficiles, et aux enfants !\u00a0<\/p><p>J&#8217;ai choisi d&#8217;utiliser la moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;un <b>chou fleur,<\/b> et de garder l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9 pour une autre recette, donc si vous voulez vraiment beaucoup de <b>wings de chou fleur<\/b>, vous pouvez facilement doubler les proportions.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ici pour la panure principale j&#8217;ai pris :\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>environ 400 g de chou fleur\u00a0<\/li><li>75 g de farine de riz\u00a0<\/li><li>14 cl de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal\u00a0<\/li><li>40 g de chapelure sans gluten\u00a0<\/li><li>10 g de levure nutritionnelle ou levure malt\u00e9e pour non intol\u00e9rants au gluten\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>Pour commencer, d\u00e9tailler les bouquets de chou fleur, et les plonger dans le m\u00e9lange farine de riz et lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal. Puis dans le bol rempli de chapelure.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-42ae4a0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"42ae4a0\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-row\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-60094cb\" data-id=\"60094cb\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef8c31c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef8c31c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Et ensuite de placer les bouquets de chou fleur enduit de cette sorte de p\u00e2te \u00e0 pancake dans le m\u00e9lange chapelure et levure nutritionnelle. Celle de les enduire de sauce piquante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire cette sauce il faut :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce siracha<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari<\/li>\n<li>8 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de gomasio ou graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de concentr\u00e9 de tomates<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il suffit de tout m\u00e9langer ensemble et de plonger un par un chaque bouquet de chou fleur dans cette sauce.&nbsp; Normalement elle n&#8217;est pas trop piquante, si tu la veux un peu plus &#8220;hot&#8221; je t&#8217;invite \u00e0 ajouter un poil de sauce siracha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois bien recouverts de sauce, les bouquets de chou fleur repartent au four pour \u00e0 nouveau 20 minutes. Et puis c&#8217;est pr\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9guster ! De bons wings de chou fleur \u00e0 la sauce piquante !
