Je dirai m\u00eame qu&#8217;au premier essai c&#8217;\u00e9tait presque du carton ! ha ha !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Donc au bout du quatri\u00e8me essai de <b>cr\u00eapes sans gluten<\/b>, sans lait, et sans ma\u00efs, voici ma recette :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de farine de riz blanc<\/li>\n<li>70 g de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/li>\n<li>5 cl de cidre&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>une pinc\u00e9e de vanille liquide<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>20 cl de lait de soja ou autre lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour le reste c&#8217;est plut\u00f4t assez facile, enfin comme une recette de cr\u00eapes classique en fait !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol mettre la farine de riz blanche et la f\u00e9cule de pommes de terre. M\u00e9langer et ajouter les trois \u0153ufs. Bien remuer et verser progressivement le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal choisi. La p\u00e2te va devenir de plus en plus liquide. Laisser reposer une bonne heure, puis avant de servir, ajouter la pointe de vanille liquide et les 5 cl de cidre pour aider \u00e0 fluidifier la p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes qui aura \u00e9paissie pendant le temps de repos.&nbsp;<br>Prendre sa plus belle cr\u00eapi\u00e8re, utiliser la mati\u00e8re grasse de son choix pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te accroche et faire des cr\u00eapes. \u00c0 manger chaud de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, que \u00e7a soit juste apr\u00e8s les avoir faites, ou r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es ensuite ! Selon moi les cr\u00eapes c&#8217;est toujours meilleur chaud !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec mes proportions, grossi\u00e8rement cela fait 6 &#8211; 7 cr\u00eapes, donc ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 doubler si vous en voulez beaucoup plus ! Je les ai personnellement mang\u00e9 principalement avec du chocolat fondu et du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, mais \u00e7a marche aussi avec ma recette de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/21\/pate-a-tartiner-facon-praline-sans-lait\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner<\/a>&nbsp;sans lait, du sucre, du miel, de la confiture, ou m\u00eame nature !
