Normalement la soupe est servie avec des champignons. Avec ensuite d&#8217;autres l\u00e9gumes, une volaille ou des crustac\u00e9s. Ici c&#8217;est une version 100 % l\u00e9gumes ! Et avec plein de saveurs !<\/p>\n<p>Pour la faire il vous faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de 40 cl de lait de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 brocolis<\/li>\n<li>1 carotte&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>10 champignons environ<\/li>\n<li>1 cube de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>1 pouce de gingembre<\/li>\n<li>de la citronnelle<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 oignon rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre de coco&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce tamari&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de curry vert<\/li>\n<li>1 citron vert ou son jus&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>de l&#8217;huile de coco<\/li>\n<li>des vermicelles de riz&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par faire revenir l&#8217;huile de coco avec le demi oignon rouge dans un wok ou une po\u00eale. Une fois que l&#8217;oignon est translucide ajouter la demie cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de curry vert. Si vous aimez bien \u00e9pic\u00e9, vous pouvez en ajouter un peu plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer puis ajouter le gingembre finement h\u00e2ch\u00e9, ainsi que la citronnelle. Vous pouvez la trouver fra\u00eeche dans les magasins asiatiques, ou aussi en surgel\u00e9. C&#8217;est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral la m\u00e9thode que j&#8217;utilise !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pendant que les ingr\u00e9dients reviennent, pr\u00e9parer le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, je fais chauffer ma bouilloire et j&#8217;ajoute mon cube dans 1 litre d&#8217;eau chaude.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est le moment d&#8217;incorporer dans le wok la carotte coup\u00e9e en tout petit morceaux, les champignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et les t\u00eates de brocolis. Laisser mijoter comme \u00e7a une quinzaine de minutes. Puis ajouter le lait de coco, les cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce Tamari et de sucre de coco et laisser encore revenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prendre le paquet de vermicelles de riz et les pr\u00e9parer selon le paquet. Pour moi pour info c&#8217;\u00e9tait 4 minutes dans une eau ti\u00e8de, puis \u00e0 \u00e9goutter !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, presser le citron vert et se r\u00e9galer avec cette soupe tha\u00ef enti\u00e8rement v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne !&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;adore ces saveurs, avec le lait de coco ! Je suis tr\u00e8s fan de la cuisine asiatique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et j&#8217;avoue m&#8217;\u00eatre r\u00e9gal\u00e9e en Tha\u00eflande, m\u00eame si j&#8217;ai eu quelques surprises sur le &#8220;not spicy&#8221; (= pas \u00e9pic\u00e9). Nous n&#8217;avons pas du tout la m\u00eame notion, et j&#8217;ai failli terminer avec les l\u00e8vres en feu !
