Je trouve que c&#8217;est un <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">petit d\u00e9jeuner<\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> hyper r\u00e9confortant ! Et en plus s&#8217;il te reste des gaufres tu peux aussi les manger pour le <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit;\">go\u00fbter <\/b><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez mettre ce que vous voulez dessus : du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, du kiwi, de la banane, du chocolat fondu, de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/21\/pate-a-tartiner-facon-praline-sans-lait\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner<\/a>&#8230; Les seules limites sont celles de votre imagination !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ici j&#8217;ai choisi du chocolat fondu parce que tout est meilleur avec du chocolat, non ? Et de la banane car j&#8217;adore cette combinaison ! Je trouve que la banane se marie vraiment super bien avec le chocolat !&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les farines, j&#8217;ai pris de la farine de riz et je l&#8217;ai associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la farine de sarrasin pour faire baisser l&#8217;indice glyc\u00e9mique de la pr\u00e9paration. J&#8217;ai aussi un article sur les diff\u00e9rentes farines sans gluten et l&#8217;indice glyc\u00e9mique&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/08\/lindice-glycemique-7-conseils-pour-loptimiser-dans-un-regime-sans-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici&nbsp;<\/a>si vous voulez en savoir plus \ud83d\ude09&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire 4 gaufres environ :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g de farine de riz&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>50 g de farine de sarrasin&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (ici du soja)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;agave<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de vanille liquide&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p>Mettre les farines et la levure chimique sans gluten dans un bol et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter les deux \u0153ufs, puis le lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal, le sirop d&#8217;agave et la vanille liquide et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau. La texture va ressembler \u00e0 celle d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 blinis ou d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teaux, ou une p\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eapes plus \u00e9paisse !&nbsp;<br>Laisser reposer quelques minutes, pendant que le gaufrier chauffe, puis d\u00e9poser une louche de p\u00e2te pour chacune des gaufres \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Bien laisser cuire. Chaque gaufre doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e.&nbsp;<br>R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#8217;op\u00e9ration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y ait plus de p\u00e2te. Cela m&#8217;a fait 4 belles gaufres sans gluten et sans lait et une demie toute moche que je ne montre pas ici !&nbsp;<br>Et vous vous aimez les gaufres au petit d\u00e9jeuner ?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
