Et de flemme aussi ! Rien de plus simple que de faire une <b>soupe <\/b>ou un <b>velout\u00e9 <\/b>quand on a vraiment pas envie de s&#8217;emb\u00eater \u00e0 cuisiner ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce velout\u00e9 \u00e0 base de potimarron vous aurez besoin :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 petit potimarron<\/li>\n<li>2-3 panais<\/li>\n<li>1 demi oignon rouge<\/li>\n<li>10 cl de cr\u00e8me soja<\/li>\n<li>35 cl de bouillon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commencer par couper le potimarron en deux, enlever les graines, puis couper en plusieurs gros morceaux. \u00c9plucher ensuite les panais et les couper grossi\u00e8rement. Puis placer le tout \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 la vapeur. Pour savoir si c&#8217;est bien cuit, il suffit de plonger votre couteau dans les morceaux de l\u00e9gumes. S&#8217;il s&#8217;enfonce sans probl\u00e8me c&#8217;est que c&#8217;est parfaitement cuit.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&#8217;y a plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 mixer tous les l\u00e9gumes et l&#8217;oignon ensemble, et ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes ainsi que les 10 cl de cr\u00e8me de soja !<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez servir ce velout\u00e9 de potimarron et panais avec des graines de courge sur le dessus, mais aussi des cro\u00fbtons que vous pouvez faire avec mon <a href=\"https:\/\/nourrisante.fr\/index.php\/2019\/11\/14\/pain-sans-gluten-a-la-chataigne-et-au-sarrasin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pain \u00e0 la ch\u00e2taigne<\/a> par exemple !
